Saw a couple of blokes swipe the entire coca cola shelf into their bag. Security officer was in a snooze fest and let them go through like the security at a poorly funded festival.

Arrogant Manager Tanveer was initially really unhelpful. I was returning a ready meal that was not sealed and not safe to eat. The seal, in one place, had pasta in it and was open. Tanveer said there was nothing wrong with it and it was safe to eat. I had driven 15 minutes back to get the meal replaced - Would anyone do that if the meal was safe? I did not want to get food poisoning from contaminated food. Eventually I managed to persuade him that the packing was indeed broken. He gave me a replacement and I then requested a refund in lieu of my time, inconvenience and petrol costs, which he did allow. His initial attitude was awful and treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He seriously needs training on how to be polite and on food safety and packaging. I managed to convince him that you could feel the air coming out of the pack and could smell the food as air puffed out of the damaged seal.
M&S Cafe - absolute disaster, almost all items on menu were not available, kids items were totally out, and no supervisor or manager on duty. Staff said this has been happening for months now. Wont go back.
The gentlemen putting stock out with brown hair today at around 11:40/12(my time in there) was so lovely offering if I needed help or would like a basket with the most uplifting smile really made my day. Let’s keep spreading positivity! Made me feel a bit less alone in this scary world we live in. Overall lovely experience :)

This is closed at the moment, but is a nice place to pop to after the train but a few bits or few nice treats or stuff for supper. Good lunch meals deals which you can buy before the commute so you are set for the day. Sells flowers and nice boxes chocs too for those who need a last moment gift.
It is a disgrace. Today is 17-July, 22:36pm and this shop is selling the flowers with the display until date on 16-July. I realised it when I got home... It is just unacceptable, will not buy anything from this shop again. It is the second time with me where milk spot to me with an expiry date.
Very small shop, but delicious food. They've got a good selection of snacks, lunches, drinks and even quick dinners for when you've worked late and just want something quick to eat. They also have a pretty nice selection of wines. I'm impressed they've managed to fit all this in such a small place. I can always find something yummy!
