   We bought a pizza last week, and when we took it out to bake two days later, it was already moldy. We went to return it—despite the store being 25 minutes from my home—but the staff told us they have a 20-minute return policy. They even suggested we might have left the pizza out, which makes no sense, as we would never leave a frozen product unrefrigerated. They refused to refund or replace the item, which was very disappointing and concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The staff were not helpful, and the experience was unacceptable.

   I used to shop here. However, staff is unfriendly and not deffinitely happy to help. As an example: last time I was there I took an empty box (from the trolley they use to collect empty cardboard boxes) to use as a storage box. An arrogant guy from the staff prevented me of taking it home claiming it needs to be recycled. I explained reusing the cardboard as an storage box means recycling but he took the cardboard from my hands and brough it back to the cardboards trolley. Sorry, never back again.

   I rarely shop there. I mostly go to the larger Asda store. It's a smaller store that has everything you need and the prices are good. The only thing I really don't like there is the chicken. It's slimy and has an unpleasant smell. No other complaints.

   I love your little shop but with only 3 disabled parking bays, today they was two cars with young people in (not disabled). So it made me go back to outside Aldi and use they bays, so I shopped in Aldi. Not the same please could it be policed a bit better.

   Deliberate price manipulation I have now been conned out of price mismatch’s around 15 times from this 1 Asda store alone this year. They deliberately stock all items on the wrong shelf or move the labels around accidentally so the customers think the price is significantly cheaper. You will often find there hot items on sale scan at non sale prices also when you get to the till. When you show this to the customer service staff they will take 10 minutes to send a member of staff to double check. After they confirm you are correct they will only then return the difference. 1) why should customers have to correct the staff 2) why is no compensation offered 3) I’m only posting this review as I went back several hours later and then 2 days later and the price is still the same. They have a shelf full of £5.50 code advertised as under £3. They are deliberately misleading and tricking their customers into purchasing over priced goods.

   Very convenient store for shopping. Just a bit improve self service check outs if barcode not reading then you have to wait a bit long for Assistance to login and some check out machine unable to read bank notes tried different notes but result was the same then paid by Bank Card for just £5.18 Shopping kindly try to fix bank note reader overall all excellent.
