A fantastic service, Pauline and Brian were such lovely people any questions or queries we had they always helped and answered them even after the cabin was built. The Arctic Cabins team was wonderful and did a great job and were surprisingly very quick and precise. The cabin is truly beautiful inside and out and very cozy for the upcoming UK weather. I enjoy the late-night fires with my whole family. A huge thank you for the whole team at Hydropool North West and Arctic Cabins.
Amazing service and so quick. Ordered new parts late on Friday afternoon and dealt with Pauline who was great and very helpful. Parts were dispatched asap and I received them on Monday morning, hot tub is now back up and operational. Folk are quick to complain and slow to praise but definitely 1st class service and would not hesitate to use them to my original hot-tub supplier. On a side note I live in the middle of Scotland too so nowhere near them.
We bought our cabin on an impulse in November and can honestly say it was a great decision. We had expert advice from Pauline and Brian at Hydropool Northwest throughout the whole process. The team of fitters, Adam and Reece were both amazing and worked so hard in horrendous weather to get everything in place on time. We have enjoyed lots of gatherings already and spent Christmas Day in our magical cosy cabin. Looking forward to summer now to make more special memories. Everyone needs an Arctic Bar Cabin.
From the first meeting to the ongoing service the team at Hydropool North West have been incredible. Every request has been met, advice has been incredible and the team that work to get you set up are all super friendly, with great humour. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are enjoying our new space with friends and family. Go on you know you deserve a cabin too.
Fabulous service throughout the entire process from Brian, Pauline and Matthew. Unrivalled product knowledge was reassuring when there are so many hot tub companies out there. But with the best insulation you can get for a hot tub, Hydropool seemed the logical choice along with the aftercare (if required) from this brilliant family team. The team held our product until we were ready for installation then fitted it and ran us through the operating process. I’m hoping that word of mouth helps as I have already recommended them to many friends.
Highly recommend. The service from the first minute to the last was way ahead of anything we'd experienced with other providers. This is a family affair, with Brian and Pauline and their son Matthew, each providing knowledgeable and exemplary advice. And there's no sales pressure whatsoever with great after sales too. They make things happen too - we never thought we'd get a hot tub into our garden, but they found a way with the crane lift (great value and service by the way) part of the experience. If you are thinking about a hot tub/swim spa make this company your first appointment. Absolutely first class.
Fantastic service fro Hydropool Manchester. Pauline gave us great advice from the start and was not pushy at all. Excellent communication, delivery was when expected. Smooth installation and good advice about how to oook after our hot tub. We finally got to try out the hot tub last night and we definitely made the right decision!
