   Bad customer service. When I went to exchange the spoiled coconut, the billing counter person literally ignored it and said don't come back. Felt very bad and had no sense of customer satisfaction.

   A very good place to buy food stuff. I really appreciate the staff over here. One day early morning I wanted some mutton. The butcher inspite of being very busy, told me to wait few minutes and get my order done. Really nice of him. I was on time for cooking the stuff and reach home. Thank you so much for your time.

   Hi everyone, Please be carful when they are calculating on the till. They will always charge you extra and even you will never know. always ask for receipt coz they doing this since long. They have done this with me serval time. Plus when they are returning the chain please count it, that the classical scam they are carrying on. Always check ur bank n receipt n items. They have done this to me 5 time. I woundnt buy anything from them again and advise you all that please check items n receipt and bank. Don’t get scam while charging you extra.

   I've been going to this place for a good few years now. They always have good stock and I haven't had any reason to complaint about the staff or produce thus far. It can get very crowded particularly with Covid-19 regulations but they're doing a good job of it!

   A local shop in hayes where you can get fresh fruit and veg as well as halal meat. The meat handling can put non meat eaters off at times though. They have a good selection of spices, nuts and sweets both Indian and Middle Eastern. They also sell Kobeze and middle eastern bread varieties that they make in house. Staff are quick at the till.
