   Very poor selection of Christmas food. Seems like all the table food is a selection of (Indian, Japanese, greek). Where is all the normal selection that you have done in previous year. Very poor.

   Got to love a shop that has a resident Cat named Brenda beside the front door. Thought that the world foods section would have been better, yet overall it was a good store.

   They have changed the service completely. After 9pm, customer services is closed. If you need a refund, you have to go back another day. If they will to close the customer services till, you need to allow another part of the store to run refunds. This is 100% dismal service. On Saturday afternoons, the self-scanners are few and far between. Not sure why they offer the service if they don't refill the scanners. On some evenings, the scanners are Closed. Poor service is quite frequently observed in this store.

   Good experience. It had everything I needed. This is a large enough shop that I could amble through for an hour. There is enough quick meals here that you would no longer have to prepare dinners Checkout was easy enough.

   Better store layout than the Ashford store. Never enough checkouts open. Half are usually closed, so there’s always a queue.

   Don’t do any big shops after 9:30pm as all the scanner staff go home and as nobody is competent enough to work the scanner machines, you have to scan all your shopping in the basket self service. The night supervisor was incredibly unhelpful and useless, but did finally apologise for the inconvenience of having to scan my £100 of shopping myself in the basket check out. Baskets only after 9:30, apparently, so don’t let people take trolley's and do big shops, easy.

   I’ve decided to give this Tesco Store 5-Stars! I’ve been using it since 2015, and much more in recent times as it’s now very local indeed. Recent renovations have spruced it up and brought it more up-to-date, now with the added benefit of charging for those with Electric cars, although not the fastest chargers and you need to remember there is a 3hr parking limit! The car park is large with the usual spaces for children and the disabled. Plus dedicated motorcycle parking right at the front of the store for security. There is also a Click+ Collect bay at the far right of the front of the store. A petrol station is also on site with a small store for those essentials if you don’t have time to go into the store. The main building has your usual customer service, kiosk and photo centre plus the lottery. Being a larger store it has the convenience of an opticians, bakery, deli, meat counter, sushi etc. There is also a Coffee shop and a Barbour. There is a travelator or lift for access to the first floor which has clothing for men, women and children. Plus homewares and electrical a, and Tesco Mobile. Toilets are situated on the ground floor at the far end in front of the tills, and having recently been renovated I’m pleased to say they’re better that before…. If a bit tight.
