    The person named Ali, regarding to your non sense action, it has cost me £60.00 extra for the fee of £12.50 fuel, only because you want to do your job without providing proper information. Shame. It will happen for you one day and you feel very disappointed due to lack of information of the person who serves you which cost more than you should pay. Your lack of information cost me 4 times more than the amount I should pay. I am very unhappy of your service.

    Just been in to get a drink, forgot to ask the cashier (new Asian man) for two 10 notes instead of a 20 so I went back to ask and he made me pay for something just to get different change, when I done this before months ago the woman never made me pay for something, this man was very obnoxious! He claimed it was policy even though no other employer has said that.

    My pump was not authorised for minutes i selected pay at cashier, wen i had enough of waiting went inside and there was an old man with no hair telling me pay at pump, i explained to him i come every day there and always select pay at cashier because my card is not being accepted at the pump, he refused ro serve me, he told me to go to diferent pump, which i didn't even after that he refused to let me take Petrol invoking i need to turn of my day lights, engine was off obviously. This is outrageous.

    Pulled up to the pump, hopped out, pressed ‘pay at kiosk’. Waiting for it be authorised ! Waiting....waiting....waiting...’start feeling frustrated’ ! Walked inside ‘excuse me, can you authorise the pump, please’ Greeted with a very nonchalant ‘couldn’t care less, ‘it’s pay at pump only’ !? REALLY ! Put up a sign then clown. Not even an apology? As if it was as if it my fault ! Yes clown, I’m a mind reader !!

    Store gone downhill badly, especially during mornings and afternoons. I find it utterly disgusting having to constantly hear the staff shouting and talking loudly in their own language , cardboard and filth always strewn in the ailes, out of date fresh food, queues when members of staff are hanging about laughing and joking and the grunts from certain members of their staff that think it amounts to good customer service. I'm not on my own when I say complaints have gone in to their head office about this. I prefer to visit in the evening as there seems to be only one member of staff who gives excellent customer service and goes that extra mile. Unfortunately he is, what appears to be, the only none Asian in the store. Come on Tesco, paying customers expect better !

    I had dropped my purse this morning at the west byfleet petrol station, I accidentally dropped it and didn't realise it... then it was stolen off the fore court. The store manager ( sorry I really don't know his name!) this evening (5.30) did everything he could possible to help me and calm me down! He stood with me telling me what to do and waited whilst I called the police, rang the morning manager to ask and cheek, he looked at the cctv and saw everything and told me what to do and calmed me down. I have not got my purse back yet but I feel slightly better now after having him help me through this awful disgusting time. Thank you! I Wanted people to know that there are generally nice people out there! If anyone knows anything I would like my mulberry purse (21st birthday present) back with my amount of cash inside! Thank you Tescos!
