   I would like to bring to your attention that the customer service at the Atif Store butcher counter has been disappointing. On several occasions, the butchers have come across as rude and impatient, which makes customers feel unwelcome and rushed. I believe this is something that should be addressed, as it affects the overall experience of shopping at the store.

   “While the front staff are generally fine, the butchers themselves are extremely disappointing. I’ve found them to be consistently rude, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service skills. When asking simple questions about cuts of meat, they respond with impatience or act as though they can’t be bothered. There’s no friendliness, no effort to make customers feel welcome, and certainly no professionalism in their attitude. It’s the opposite of what you’d expect from a traditional local butcher, where service and trust usually go hand-in-hand. Sadly, the poor attitude of the butchers completely overshadows anything else this shop might offer, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful or pleasant shopping experience.”

   They serve really high quality products at competitive prices. You can literally have all the essential Asian products like spices , munchies etc and frozen non-veg assortments catered at one roof. I’ll highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for standardised quality vegetables and meat. They’ve also got some ready-to-eat products which come-In handy if you’re a student.
