   I had a really awful experience in this Londis. I went in with my trained therapy dog, Max, and calmly explained that I have a medical condition. The woman behind the counter told me I’m “not blind” and can’t have my dog in the shop. I showed her my medical card, but she kept arguing and even tried to grab my dog. Another staff member said he’d post my parcel but kept rushing me and shouting “hurry up,” even though there was no one else in the shop. Because of my condition, my hands are weak and shaky — I dropped my parcel and my card several times — but instead of helping, they just kept shouting at me. I ended up in tears. I’ve never felt so humiliated or discriminated against for having a medical condition. The staff clearly have no understanding of hidden disabilities I hope Londis takes this seriously and provides proper disability awareness training for their staff — no one should be made to feel like this.

   Used to be regular, never had any issues. Today the lady seemed upset I wanted to top up my gas using card, she asked if i could get cash out from the post office? - its covid times no one takes cash, anyway, I said i usually pay by card, she said you cant anymore very rudely. I said I topped up a few days ago using card she said yea it changed- basically making it up. She didnt want me to pay by card as they get charged, the man came and told her to accept as they will lose a customer to which she said in front of a queue of customer 'you want to pay the fee for this gas customer'. I will refuse to take any business there and tell my friends and family to do the same. Shame on Londis.
