To be honest they are charging higher rate on products. They put one rate on labels and charging higher rate on bills. When questioned they said they are going to update the labels. Be careful and better cross match your bills may save some pounds.

Very well stocked and organised. I can promise that you would get mostly all of the srilankan items from this shell which hardly find in srilanka n market even. Such as the traditional leaves and the organic products in crush and pesticide free condition. Good customer service and respectful people.
Very disappointed with today's service!. Took the sealed box of jasmine to find out how much it is to the counter. The lady at the counter quickly opened the seal and gave some to the customer that she was serving. She kept on was watching me as I was standing there. Really disgusted with this behaviour!!!!
