   Went to do Amazon return which consisted of two items with the same label/return. Dad was trying his best to process both items but was having a bit of a problem. I was talking to Dad saying that maybe both items needed to be in same envelope and the taller Son accused me of telling Dad how to do their job!?!?! And that it was a new system...but...you don't say that to a customer. I have not used this Post Office much, but now, I'm going to use it even less and not at all if Tall Son is the one serving. Mum is a lovely lady.

They are the ‘one happy constant’ that has offered stability throughout this pandemic. They never fail to give five star service - even in these fragile times when customers are anxious and on edge, they maintain their friendly family service.    I've been shopping at Neelam Stores since I moved into the area in 2017. The store is clean, tidy and hygenic. They have some fantastic offers on alcohol and groceries. This is a great run family store and the owners will go the extra mile to ensure that the needs of the local community are met. During the 1st lockdown I was unable to leave the house due to Govt restrictions. I phoned the store and within an hour G arrived with the essentials that I needed. His parents are great too. Unlike the supermarkets you can have a chat and mince pie with a glass of bubbly during Christmas as well. Thank you G and I look forward to my next visit.
