This place has all Sri Lankan goodies. Very neat and tidy place. They have all the Sri Lankan vegetables as well.
Avoid this place—they’re scammers who charge for items you never bought, plus they overcharge beyond the listed prices. Management is rude and refuses returns even when staff confirmed the spoiled item smelled foul. Lucky having competitors next door.
I usually shop from here and the store has a good collection of Indian groceries. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with billing. Today (01/05/2025 at 10:25 AM), I was charged £1.99 for an item I didn’t purchase. This has happened to me before as well. Most items are billed under the name “Grocery,” which makes it difficult to identify what’s actually being charged. I’ve uploaded a photo of all the items I purchased today along with the bill for reference. Below are the list of items I purchased and verified myself. I echo the sentiments expressed below. The guy at the till claiming to be the owner has been absolutely rude and shouting vulgar in Tamil. We will never shop here. UPDATE: We really appreciate your effort. Also appreciate the effort by the older gentleman who tried to discuss in the spirit of customer satisfaction. I agree with you that most other staff were nice and particularly the lady who was serving us at the till. However, as long as this particular rude gentleman staff is in the shop we will never return to shop there as we do not need to put up with his insults. All the best.
The vegetables are of very low quality. Never ever buy their onion bags, you will be left with half a bag of decayed onions. To be honest, bit disappointed with their customer service, as my request for refund/exchange was denied.
Good collection of Srilankan and Indian groceries. Positive : You will get many of the Indian groceries and vegetables here. Negatives : Location is very busy roads and right in the junction in South Harrow. You will not even stop the vehicle. No parking - parking is tricky, as nearby roads are one way and will need to find a pay and park
This place has all the popular food, groceries and vegetables from Srilanka at very reasonable prices. All items here are very much cheaper than the newly opened " Praba Grocery" next door.
Neatly organized Tamil shop selling all kinds of Indian food products. They also have fresh vegetables priced affordable. Staff was extremely helpful.
This is a store run by Sri Lankan management. It stocks food items and essentials that one would expect to find in the tiny island. You will also find some popular Indian food brands here. They also import tropical fruits such as guavas and vegetables that are unique to South was Asia. Sunday's are busy, other days not so much. Good friendly service, reasonable prices, and good selection of favourites.
