I was let down badly today. I got a food voucher. And the machine wasn't working. I was not happy at all. I will complain. Yes the staff are friendly. But this just let me down

Lovely and helpful staff. I tried ‘Too Good To Go’ for the first time ever, and went to collect my surprise bag from Aldi in Eastcote. Thank you to the man near the entrance who was so kind, he helped me when I came in, the ladies were pleasant and helpful too. The surprise bag was absolutely amazing value for the money, and I am still in shock at what I received..well worth every penny! Thank you Aldi, you have great customer service at Eastcote! I really look forward to my next visit.

Ideal for a quick top-up shop, with a good range of fresh, frozen, and special items. Parking is at the back since it’s on the high street. Self-service tills take cash or card, and there are plenty of staff available to help.

Nice local Aldi on the main road with decent car park at the rear and front of the business. Very friendly staff and clean inside. Stock is always good and a great variety of foods, drinks and bathroom stuff in store. Very easy to navigate around and a huge selection of healthy foods in store. Self check out only with assistance in store.

Nice Aldi Store, for a high street supermarket it is pretty big. The store was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There is a car park just behind the Aldi store and if you can’t find a space do not worry because there is high street parking. The only thing is that the Salami contains alcohol here.

I’ve been shopping here a while now and the staff has always been very friendly. The one thing I will note is that unless you are after tinned soup in the tinned section you are stuffed. The only other things they sell really are beans and tomatoes. The frozen section has everything you would need day to day but not much choice. Fresh foods and breads take up half the store so the selection is good enough for everyday needs. Prices are definately higher than the South Ruislip store but still fair for what it is.

A well run great little store. And big thank you to the staff member who came out into the car park to hand me back my mobile phone, which I’d left at the checkout.

Value for money if your cash strapped. You do get more bang for buck when comparing purchases with other stores. My advise do a big shop here if you can't get some of your items then get the rest from Asda next door.

I like Aldi and the variety of products. This one seems a bit cramped and they could do with more space. Better now with the self service tills. Not 5 stars as the fruit and veg always seems a bit 2nd class compared to the big name supermarkets.

Be careful when you buy, on some items there were big labels in red stating 30./.off, I always tally the bill with my calculations but the amount wasn’t reduced, I promptly asked customer service lady.. she made a face and said rudely “ Oh you should have come to us before scanning” no eye contact … nothing, she refunded me the balance with horrible attitude…
