I have ordered previously many times but this is the first I am disappointed. I had ordered 4 bunches of fresh methi but it was all soggy and rotten. When I tries cleaning it up I hardly got anything. Had to throw away almost 3/4th of it. What a waste of time and money.
Little delay in order. I emailed them and received a response fairly quickly explaining that some items were out of stock and offered either a replacement or refund. I requested the refund and this was issued immediately and without difficulty. My experience after chasing provided great communication, great value products!
Good catalog of products at very reasonable price compare to other sites. Customer care is very responsive and understanding. I ordered wrongly, customer care gave me all options of cancel, change and applied coupon and refunded all in super good time. Delivery was also super quick. Definately a go to site for bulk purchases.
Very good company : trying hard to please This is my "go to" company for high quality Indian Groceries. They are dealing in fast moving - often perishable - consumer goods and their catalogue is immense. The items are delivered within a few days by a reliable carrier carefully packed in a box designed to stand the rigours of the white van. With such a range it is not surprising that there are occasional 'stock outs". but the monies for these are always rapidly credited back to my card. Roughly speaking I place one order a month with this company and they are a pleasure to deal with
I ordered Indian groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables online from Quality Foods for the first time. Overall I was impressed with the service and quality of all the items that I received. Although it was standard delivery option I went for , it arrived on very third day from the time I placed the order. Fruits and vegetables were very fresh. We’ll packaged and segregated .I’m very pleased with the service I received. I will continue to do the online shopping from Quality Foods on a regular basis now on.
Not recommended, will not bother using again. My purchases were substituted, although I had deined substitution to my order. Veg was surprisingly raw, appeared to me that they are using online customers as a means to dispose off Veg that a customer visiting the store will not bother buying (given the quality). Most annoying to see such a large store, acting petty- when they removed buy-one-get-one free stickers (see photo) to send me just 1 pack. No phone number to speak to anyone.
Excellent products and services. The food is delicious and varied...for instance, the garlic bulbs have BIG cloves, easy to ppeel the skins off. ,
Always very satisfied with the products I bought from Quality Foods Online. I needed some of the products to be expedited due to some health issues and email them as I did chose standard delivery at purchase point. They promptly replied back to my email and did the delivery next day at no additional cost. The products were delivered on time and their products are always well packaged. They are indeed here to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy with their service in the best way they can. Highly recommend them.
