These lot need to think about their customers and at least get some decent trolley’s. The trolley’s at Sira are so messed up, it’s not even their own. They’ve stolen them basically from other stores and put a few broken ones outside for customers to use. Either the wheels are efffed up or the metal frame is wonky. For a company that makes so much money and has been around for so many years for the southall community what a shame that you lot can’t even afford to provide your customers with some decent trolley’s to do their shopping. I’d rather go quality foods instead , at least they have proper trolleys!!

Nice variety of foods and fresh vegetables.. but very disappointed from staff. They never have a smile on their face and never say hi to any customer. Just scan the items and take money. No bye or nothing else. This shows a very bad customer service.

This is a big store with a fantastic variety of products, especially if you’re looking for Indian food items. They have a huge selection of spices, dry goods, and fresh produce—including lots of fruits and vegetables that look great. It’s definitely a one-stop shop for many unique ingredients you might not find elsewhere. The only downside is that the store has quite a strong smell—possibly from the spices or other items—and during my visit, only two cash registers were open, which led to longer lines and unnecessary waiting. Aside from that, it’s a great place to shop, especially if you enjoy exploring diverse foods and cooking ingredients!

Nothing to write about the main store but I did purchase some spring rolls from the outlet in front. Total waste of money , the rolls were microwaved reheated so yes they tasted rank . Plus hardly any filling to give it that spring roll taste . One star was too much to give

I went here to get a few things on a Sunday when must supermarkets have already closed for the day. There's a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables here and at reasonable prices. The produce were good quality and fresh. The negatives: Limited parking. A bit messy inside and outside. A lot of the shopping trolleys and baskets are broken.
