   Terrible and disgusting service! The old man that works in the shop started yelling at me telling me to throw the trash left by his previous customers that was on the floor and to take out outside in the bin when i havent even made the mess all i did was tear the sticker off the label and it fell on the ground but he started yelling at me telling me to go to another shop refusing to scan my parcel. Do not recommend. dont go here.dont support this business. I would give it 0 stars if i could

   So disrespectful and horrible ! The worker shouted at me because of an accident of tearing the parcel sticker wrapper done by a kid. And once I had left the shop he banged on his own window shouting at me to close the door as if he can throw around orders to random people. A customer was walking in the door and he is shouting at me to close his door whilst I’m half way across the road. Pure disgust!

   I've not shopped here but have used their returned parcel service. I had a pressure washer to return, and all the other shops were refusing to take it as they said it was too heavy and would be rejected. This chap told me the same, but he asked me to leave it there and see if the driver takes it. If he didn't, I would have gone back and picked it up. Thankfully, it was picked up, and I got my refund.

   What terrible people. Because it is the closest parcel shop I always bring Hermes parcel there. Last time he didn't accept my parcel saying the scanner was broken. Today he did not accept and said that the scanner is not reading the code and that this is not Hermes' parcel. I said it was Hermes and showed him confirmation by e-mail. then the second man shouted at me and said that the end of the conversation and parcels would not be accepted. there were two man and they had been hasty and rude to me since I entered the store. maybe they are racists or maybe they are dissatisfied with bringing parcels and not buying anything. I took my parcel to Hatch End and they accepted there and the scanner read the code. I do not recommend and will report to Hermes.
