Always a good selection. Helpful and friendly staff, happy to help. The prices are very good, and competitive for most if not all items. The DIY section is always interesting, well, to me anyway lol. If you haven't yet, it's well worth a visit.
Better now the car park has been made bigger, very helpful staff and a great variety of food and drinks available. Definitely the chosen place for the main food shop, can get a bit busy in peak times. Self checkout always flows well and great prices with fresh food.
Horrible staff member working on the self checkout this afternoon around 5pm. Simply wanted to get out the store and he told me to follow behind the customers to get out the gate. Knowing that the gate closes pretty fast I decided to wait as I didn’t want to hurt myself or get stuck. He then made a rude comment and acted passive aggressively when he had to let me out himself. I don’t understand what the problem was. It literally takes no more than a second to let me out of the gate. If you don’t like your job then quit. Smh
Lidl - week of shopping sorted. We always find what we need for week supply of food. Great range of fresh food from baked bakery on site, vegetables till favourite drinks but there is a lot more like tools and fixings needed for every household and sessional ranges of food from all over the world. And best thing is that all above in good quality and best prices. Lidl is first on go to shopping.
This is our local Lidl supermarket, one among our favourite stores. First and foremost, I must say thanks to its colleagues who are very friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. I never had any adverse experiences in this store. As you all might know, lidil supermarkets have become one of customers’ first choice due to its competitive pricing (without compromising on the quality). Bakery items are my children’s favourite. We love their produces , frozen food and other household goods. Couple of the notable attractions are ; plenty of parking spaces and electricity car charging stations.
Really good value for money. Unfortunately Hema our cashier wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t say a word to us when we were checking out and looked quite grumpy when she finally looked up to see us holding up our card to pay
I have had the worst ever customer service experience in my life. Racist duty manager called STUART is ignorant and arrogant. Does not know even any basics of customer service. As per STUART when customers are overcharged at self-service checkouts it is the customers' fault. I will never do my shopping there again.
Extremely racist cashier and body guard. I was just trying to get 2 powdered jam donuts from the bakery and on my way out the scanner did not beep or anything yet they still searched me and 2 my other friend. I did not get there name but I do know I will not be going back.
Lots of free parking spaces. Prices are cheap for unbranded items. But I found the variety of items avaliable is a bit limited. Own website does not have enquiry facility to find out certain items are in stock.
Decent size Lidl in the middle of ruislip with sufficient parking. There's a fair amount of self checkout so the shopping experience can be quite pleasant and quick. The lady that serves these is very helpful. It also has a bakery and fresh orange juice machine.
