Terrible customer service. Order delayed as they didn't have stock but they didn't notify me. When I chased it by phone as they ignored by email the previous day they assured me it would arrive the following day. I explained it was for a Birthday gift so needed it to arrive and was told it would be fine as the stock was due in. It didn't arrive and they emailed me with no apology but to offer me an item which was Β£5 less expensive 'at no extra cost' as an alternative. I raised this with them which they quibbled even though I had a screen grab to prove it. I asked as compensation for poor customer service and missing a Birthday if they could send another item which cost Β£14 more at 'no extra cost' or refund me for that item and they chose to refund me which is fair enough but still no communication about this, no apology for the delay, lack of notification and missing the birthday. Not to mention selling items which claim to be in stock when they don't have them in stock which feels a bit misleading. I feel really disappointed by their communication and poor customer service and wouldn't purchase from them again.

I placed an order with SUP.co.uk, only for them to cancel it twice without even notifying me. I paid via PayPal, which I use daily without any issues, so there was absolutely no reason for the cancellations on my end. It seems like they are selling items that are out of stock and then cancelling orders when they canβt fulfil them. This is incredibly frustrating and a total waste of time. Why list items for sale if you donβt actually have them? Their customer service is non-existent. I called them all day and there was no communication whatsoever. If you want a reliable and professional company, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will never attempt to order from them again.

Was apprehensive in ordering due to the mixed reviews, however I personally had a great experience! Ordered a paddle board on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday, with great order confirmation and delivery information. Managed to get the board in the sale, plus an extra 10% off so definitely the best price going, having saved well over Β£100. Only compliant is that the outer box that it was delivered in wasn't well taped so arrived open. However, everything inside was all packaged and okay.

I wanted to write a review because Iβd seen a few negative ones about lack of delivery for this company. Naturally this makes you concerned about ordering, so I contacted the team prior to purchasing to make sure they had the GoPro I wanted in stock. They got back to me within the hour & confirmed they had stock & if I ordered before 3pm I could have the go pro delivered the next working day. So I ordered & True to their word, received a shiny new GoPro by DPD delivery the next day. Great service for me.

Just wanted to write a review to say what fantastic service I've had from SUP.co.uk. Ordered a Jobe paddleboard cover in June which I was given tracking numbers for and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, had an issue with the zip on the bag recently so emailed these guys and they've been incredibly helpful and sorted the issue for me. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Great service. I have bought three boards over the last month, quick delivery and really helpful. I had to call today as I had made an error with my order and only ordered a board and not a package. Couldnβt have been more helpful and sorted out no problem.

Complete lack of communication from the seller. Does not answer to emails or Facebook messages. Ordered my paddleboard, that was in stock on 16/07, after that messaged them to get an update of my order, but failed to get any answer for days. On 21/07 after opening a PayPal claim, the paddleboard was posted, ignoring my messages asking them to cancel my order. There are a lot of better shops around, so do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

I ordered a couple of SUP kits via this company and was expecting to have to wait up to three weeks for it as it stated on their website that it was a preorder. I contacted the company via their online contact form after 2 weeks (as I am completely impatient!) and asked if I could have an ETA on the products I'd purchased. They came back to me within 24 hours to let me know it would be a slightly longer wait for the products, however, they could offer me a discounted upgrade on a different brand of SUP. The boards turned up next day and I'm super excited to get out and use them. Brilliant customer service and a breath of fresh air after having issues with a different company previously.

Placed my order on the 7th August hoping I would have received it before my son went away today. I still haven't received any despatch notification or indication of when I might receive my order 10 days later although they took the money on the day I placed the order. I have tried emailing the company and left several messages on their answerphone as the phone is always diverted to a machine. I still haven't received a response. I emailed today saying I will cancel with my credit card if no one comes back to me and I have still heard nothing. Really disappointed as I had read good reviews for this company but the service I have received is appalling.
