   Order cancelled, no reason given. They have the most expensive items, and run out of stock regularly. Avoid Tesco Whoosh as delivery products are higher price than store, and you're lucky if you get all your items. Tempted to just avoid the store and Whoosh permanently => plenty of other supermarkets to choose. EDIT: when you call this store, boom, no-one answers, so great customer service

   Had an extremely upsetting experience at Tesco Express Ashtead. I was aggressively shouted at by a male staff member demanding ID before I’d even finished speaking. When I tried to show digital ID (as its all i had on me and never been asked in this tesco before) he refused it rudely and continued raising his voice. After I calmly mentioned how hostile he was being, he turned on a body camera and tried to provoke me with, “So you think I’m rude?” He then turned the camera off, came out from behind the counter, continued shouting, and even ripped off his name badge when I asked who he was. I’ve never had an issue at this store before, but this behaviour was completely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and handled things professionally — he deserves credit. I've submitted a formal complaint and hope Tesco takes this seriously. This kind of behaviour should never be acceptable.

   Never have a selection on meal deals. Worst Tesco’s for stock as this is always the case here

   Terrible. Massively overpriced - and out of stock on pretty much everything I needed such as water, tuna, bananas and muesli. I've never once (in many, many years) not been able to buy tuna or water. Kitchen roll is double the price I usually pay in other tesco's. And air freshener is almost 3 times the price. Daylight robbery. I've lost count of the amount of empty cartons, which their staff don't even bother to move. Awful. Simply awful!!

   I needed fondant icing. None in the shop. Crisps, booze and sweets everywhere (mostly more expensive than Tesco 2 miles away), ingredients for cake making but only plain icing sugar - also at inflated price.

   It ain't Sainsburys, but it'll do for emergencies. Decent staff, easy to find stuff, small place but has the essentials. Fruit and veg always very good there. No complaints.
