   The older gentleman always seems to look at you with suspicion when you walk in, putting you on edge. However, the rest of the staff are very warm and friendly. However, very disappointing experience today. Walked a mile in the rain carrying three small but heavy parcels, only to be greeted with they didn't collect yesterday, they're not coming today - and we haven't got room so we can't take them! Tried to appeal to their better nature, but they were resolute they wouldn't take them. Fortunately, there is another collection point half a mile or so down the road, so I went there and they took them happily. Obviously the reason the courier didn't turn up yesterday was because it was a bank holiday! And contrary to what they said, the parcels I had taken in the day before WERE collected today, less than an hour after I called in! Disappointingly poor service. If they want the business of sending and receiving parcels, then they need to provide it properly. Sadly, won't be using them again.

   in violation of trading standards. items are labelled incorrectly then sold at a higher price at checkout. staff unwilling to honor the price and treat customers disrespectfully.
