Massive collection of South Asians food. Good quality and fairly priced. Good location and ample parking spaces available behind the shop.

SELLING EXPIRED PRODUCTS _ BE AWARE Bought a Mangroli Masala Khahkra on Feb 20th from the shop. It was expired and they had stuck a sticker on top of it and sold it as Expires on Mar 2025. I didnt see it, when consumed it was smelling of oil and totally tasted spoilt and clearly expired. Totally unexpected from such a big Retail Grocery shop. The trust of the customer has been taken advantage off. Please be cautious and aware. They are taking the customers for a ride.

All the shopping you need for south Asian cooking & prices are reasonable. The fruit and veg is ok. The good thing here is a big parking lot at the rear, so you don't have to worry about parking etc etc

I am reviewing my experience from the point of view of both a customer and experienced professional video mystery shopper. I observed the following points: The store is huge and holds a good variety of stock. However, fresh, refrigerated produce is limited. No baskets at the front of the store. Provisions should be made for busier days like Sundays so you donโt have to waste time shopping for a basket before even shopping for groceries! The aisles could have clearer labels. Cashiers and staff in general, look extremely depressed and miserable as if theyโve just attended a funeral! No greeting, no smiles - doesnโt make you want to return. They donโt assist you on tills and this is counter productive as customers queuing behind are held up. Itโs like Aldi where you have 10s to pack and go?!! Doesnโt say much about positivity or good vibes?!! Not many staff members to spot easily when additional assistance is required. The uniform doesnโt stand out. Lots of shouting at the back of the store with the door open. Why donโt they put some nice music on to drown the noise and make it a pleasant shopping experience?? Sweeping the store and cleaning needs to stop when customers are near - Itโs a horrible sight when you are trying to shop. Canโt this be done at set times during the day or only when required or even better, before and after opening hours? The front of the store looks very uninviting and extremely dirty and messy! All in all, despite a great range of food, not the best experience! Life isnโt all about making money and opening chains and chains of stores. Itโs about how you treat others also!! Positive human interaction is essential otherwise thereโs no point?!! Hare Krishna!

Ideal place to buy indian groceries. Good selection of spices. Ample parking. Pay by phone ยฃ1.49 an hour. Benefit in paying by phone is you can extend parking time over phone and you get reminder.

It's a real shame the quality has gone down. I bought 2 packages of paneer with a use by date of end of Feb, it is currently end of Jan and both packets have mould inside (see photos). Money down the drain due to poor labelling from VB

I chanced to see this shop while going to Sri Jalaram Mandir and Community Centre in Greenford on 22 January 2023. Besides the nice temple, this is a special attraction for non-local visitors to Sri Jalaram Mandir. Almost all the Indian and Pakistani grocery shops I visited had prices higher than ASDA, TESCO, Morrisons and Sainsburys(where I usually buy Indian lentils/spices) but V.B. Sons was an exception with lower prices. I did not spend much time but bought some Indian items. I will visit again. Local south asians are lucky to have this shop closeby but I live very very far.Flawless checkout and thank you Rajini for your service.

For some reason this place does a roaring trade, personally I think there are better places offering cleaner options, more variety with better staff. It's an Indian convenience store, all the staff and the majority of clientele are from the Indian sub continent. The fruit and veg never looks appealing but they do have a variety of stock not usually found in supermarkets. I suppose they're good for chapati flour, bags of rice and cooking oils - so long as you want large sizes. Apparently they have good daal.
