   I’m extremely disappointed with this shop. The premises are filthy and cluttered, with packages left everywhere, posing serious health and safety concerns. It is particularly difficult for my blind mother to navigate the store, and it’s clear that little thought has been given to accessibility. The English lady behind the counter is consistently rude and abrupt. She’s not helpful at all, which is especially concerning given that many of the customers I see in the store are elderly and often require extra support and kindness. In addition, the prices are far too high for what’s on offer. Many of the items are out of date, and the overall quality of the products is poor. However, the most pressing issue is the state of cleanliness—it’s simply unacceptable. This store needs urgent attention and improvement across the board.

   An older gentleman, obviously the owner, tried to fiddle me! The leeks were soft and sprouting. Some were 3 days out of date the others a week. He attempted to tell this intelligent professional that these were dates on which they were delivered ! I wouldn’t buy so he appeared with more that according to his earlier statement were due to be delivered in 4 days. Don’t take your older customers for mugs pal. It hopefully reflects on your business that you try to con people with long expired stock. Was not an error but deliberate. AVOID

   Shop is filthy and the woman at the till is nasty. She asked me if I wanted her to bow down to me because I asked if she was okay. The prices are ridiculous (£1.89 for a bottle of Fanta). Don’t waste your time. Across the road there’s a Morrisons daily. If I could give no stars I would.

   Some products are a lot more expensive in here than in other food retailers. Store was well stocked and aisles were clear and tidy. My child’s pushchair made it around this store with no issues. Some staff members are very rude and miserable. Others are happy and easy to help. Wide range of products, international products as well. Nice in store bakery area.

   Yes, it is more pricey than a big brand supermarket but the place is well run with serious recent investment in fresh produce fridges. Good choice of most things, breads especially. Staff are attentive and you never get ignored. Freshness is excellent as they do get lots of customers.
