   Worst ldl in London, moldy food on shelves, only cash on the tills which are rarely manned , doesn't stock cider except cheapest tins!. don't expect anything to be restocked, it's so under staffed it doesn't function

   One of your employees named Finlay needs training on how to treat customers, his whole demeanor was off. He looked and acted like he didn’t want to be there. He kept slamming my receipt on my items when he was giving them 2 me and spoke rudely too and had a lot of attitude.

   The isles are very narrow, the store designers have tried to squeeze too much into a small space. There are other Lidl stores not too far away with better in-store access.

   Crowed, messy, staff who speak like roadmen and are rude. Food is thrown at you when at the tills. Diffict to find prices to many things as labels don't match up in so many areas. Plates, boxes and rubbish in the aisles.

   Cramped store with poor aisle management (concrete posts blocking some aisles, so if you have a trolley you can't pass!) packed with rude people who think they are the only person in there to shop. Pricing good, but lots of special items not priced at all. Would not go back as parking also a nightmare!

   I had a really bad and sad experience today at Lidl on Westway shopping center . The staff Really need to improve his customer service ,his attitude and manners towards people . He was very aggressive towards my special needs son who’s also partially deaf, the situation is Completely unacceptable! I was mad When that happen but afterwards very sad thinking that I need to be Defending my son in front of him against people who shouldn’t be working with public. SAD and VERY DISRESPECTFUL
