   The gym itself here is nice and modern but customer service wise it isn't the best. I asked to change my membership from gym to swim on the 1st. I couldn't I had to close one and start another which is fine but on day 2 of the 30 day notice my log in was blocked so I can't access the gym at all now and email communication stopped so I'm paying for a service I never received. I won't be making the new membership now as I don't trust them to let me in. My log in won't work on the site via PC or phone yet my partners works fine on the same phone/PC.

   My review is of the pool and service received only - a good leisure centre, very friendly staff and a nice pool. Offers a discount card which automatically applies to your future online bookings for people meeting a certain criteria, the staff member I spoke to on reception was more than happy to help me with buying this. One star lost as the pool family changing room was out of service, hopefully this was an isolated incident rather than ongoing daily and I'm not sure where the disabled toilet is in the pool area (if there is one) - other than that great pool and I will definitely be booking more sessions

   Everything you need & more, affordable, friendly & welcoming to all shapes & sizes. Staff are lovely & very informative & extremely happy to help even if you have a "stupid" question haha. As a plus size woman, I feel so comfortable to work out & to get back to my pre spinal operation weight. Easy enough to book & cancel sessions, equipment great quality majority is Matrix Gym Equipment. Also with the whole Covid-19 stuff they are following all guidelines which makes me feel safe as I work out. Although it's not overly big there's always something to work on while you wait for something else. I can't currently do anything weight related due to my surgery, & I don't feel pressured by staff that I should be doing that, everything is in my own pace & they understand that which makes me actually LOVE going. Even when I have to miss a few days or recently a week between sessions due to my back pain, staff don't make any comments (like ive had in the past at another gym I've been to). I just want to say a huge thank you to all staff at Radcliffe.

   Fantastic clinic. Huge range of treatments. I had a course of post surgery lymphatic drainage massages and they were amazing. Natalia was very experienced and knowledgeable. The massages made a huge difference to my body & shape and I will definitely be going back for more treatments.
