    Don't bother buying from this company. I ordered a full box of Starbar sweets, the box was worn and looked like it bad been stored away for a while. When I came to open the box, the sweets were open and I was unable to use them. I asked them (via ebay) what they could do. They offered an insulting refund of £7, the item was nearly £27. The sweets then had to be disposed of as discovered they were contaminated (small flies out of the packets) and wanted rid of them. The company then wanted me to return the items when they had already been binned as they didnt believe me despite sending photos of what I had received. They then tried to say they had sold alot of these and I was the only one to complain. So don't appreciate basically being called a liar. I have taken this further and will be reporting to environmental health as well. Not surprised they have only been awarded a 3 with the Food Standards Agency. They shouldnt be allowed to trade. So, think twice before you buy from them!!!! (Happy to delete when this gets resolved)
