   My item has been delivered to the store but, I have not received the collection code for twelve days so I have not received my purchased item. I have contacted the seller many times but, they say the shop may have not scanned my item.

   I have been a regular customer at this store for a while now I find them very helpful and polite towards me and other customers . I have an electric bike which they let me bring in store for safety . I buy vapes from the store which are £4 each so cheaper than any other store in the area . Keep the good work up and customer service .

   I went this morning to return a parcel. For some reason their scanner wasn't scanning the code that DHL gave me. The young man behind the counter was giving me attitude and he didn't have any interest to help out, didn't say anything, he just kept repeating "print it and come back another day, come back another day, come back another day". Worst customer service. After this and what I just read, I'm not coming back. Not recommended

   God awful, went in to collect Amazon parcel and stood waiting patiently for best part 10-20mins whilst they continued to ignore me and keep serving customers coming into the store. Then it took 2 people to give me 1 little parcel, and spoke to me like i was stupid whilst they never actually communicated properly (more like motioned).So frustrating

   They refused to take my parcel from the parcelforce courier. Staff attitude is disgusting. They should have their licence revoked, they cause a lot of trouble for people who use their shop for parcel collection.

   Should be called Myra Superscam. Never use this house of smoke and mirrors for your parcels, unless you want your time wasted, your privacy invaded, and your dignity eviscerated. I've reported them for not being a legitimate service, to no avail. Until then, take this 1 star review as your ominous warning, o earnest traveler.

   Turned up at 11am to pick up a Yodel package, the door was shut but the lights were on. Went back a half hour later and there was someone there this time. Showed the pickup code, was told to check back again in the afternoon or tomorrow for a package that was delivered two days ago. Reporting them as having lost it but another comment below says they open and steal packages. Aggravating time wasters. Avoid.

   these people open your packages and checks whats inside so they take it if they like. They have taken 2 of my packages and when i reported the second one and pressed them for it . magically it was returned after three days. so you know what this means. these people are the theifs. i wouldnt recommend these to my enemy.

   I was just refused service because I had a £20 Bank of Ireland Sterling Note. I was given two different excuses when I challenged their refusal. First is was because the cashier was unable to check the note with a pen, which he did not try or verify and second was that the boss did not accept the notes. There was no sign visible to say this was the case. I left and went two doors down the street where they checked the note and accepted it. It take little effort to Google information, ask someone or be curtious, none of these things were applied and the staff was rude in their refusal. Thankfully I will not be back.
