This is a one stop shop for all household essentials, groceries and quick grab. Excellence service, great customer care service + self check out with staff support & over the counter check out with cashier support. Neatly and fully stock shelved and clear aisles for easy passage without contacts. Warm enough for winter, well lit ambience with all seasons ambience in due seasons/per season. Spacious car park. It's a stone building throw to south harrow town centre, train station, variety of stores and 2mins walk to the nearest bus stop for buses like 394, 140,etc

Love Aldi! Always fresh produce, amazing quality own-brand products (especially the cheeses, meats, and sweets) and prices that make you smile. Every visit I discover something new from their seasonal specials. Fast, affordable, and no compromise on quality. My absolute favourite supermarket for everyday shopping!

Amazing Customer Service and Friendly Atmosphere I recently visited this shop and was incredibly impressed by the staff. They were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered in London. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, almost like a family-run business. During my visit, I used a gift voucher and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. This level of customer service is rare these days, especially in London. The shop offers a great selection of affordable protein drinks (around ยฃ1 and they taste delicious) and high-quality, well-priced meat. However, what truly won me over was the exceptional customer service. The staff creates a positive and comfortable environment that makes shopping a pleasure. Overall, I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great selection of products and outstanding customer service.

Very rude staff members more specific Mr Paravan and the Manager Mr Adrian They think that they owe the store and not using appropriate tone to speak to the customers. Mr Adrian can not listen and they talk over while the customer is talking. Im going to the shop every single spending on groceries there. They dont know how to inform the customers about their new policies and they dont think that they should inform from the beginning the customers. I was putting the groceries at the buggy as the blue baskets werent available and the manager saw me but did not inform me from the beginning as he was standing at the entrance. He watching everything at yhe beginning but did not interfere, amd try to use an appropriate tone or try to sort the things out. When I asked Mr Paravan his name he asked me if I need a pen to write it down. He should be ashamed of how he รฎs treating a lady both of them.

Pros: Great range of stock, good parking facilities and friendly staff. Cons: The shop floor is always a mess even on weekdays. Product is misplaced all over the store and for a relatively new store itโs not a good look. Staff canโt stop customers from being animals but there needs to be a focus on shop floor standards and regularly tidying up the shop floor space. There are always empty boxes laying around and product stacked on the shelf in a complete and utter mess. It makes the overall shopping experience poor and unpleasant. Not a good look.

It's been nice place to visit if you seeking cheaper and quality both. Easy access on the road and large parking facilities Majority of foods and products available in the store. In addition, staff is reliable, polite and assistive. I prefer to shop here.

New Supermarket in Town in Northolt road where Sainsbury's used to be. The store is definitely upgraded to modern design and layout. Aldi has two entrances one from the northold road and another from car park. It's quite difficult not to compare with Sainsbury's. Aldi has new renovated car park with kids and disabled parking. On the entrance they have steel trollies and plastic trollies in the store. On the right side is checkout and self checkout available. On the left side of store is food on the go with fruits / vegetables. They have fridges with cold cut prepared meats, fresh chilled Vegetables , meats , dairy , poultry and dessert fridges . They good selection of wines and spirit. On the far is frozen food and bakery section. Flowers are next to checkout. They have their special buy and discounted label items together same like Lidl. Summarize the store looks great but smaller than Sainsbury's, some of the prices are very cheap than other Tesco, Sainsbury's. Only drawback is they have less selection of products and also bulk buy like water, rice etc. There are staffs helping at checkout , you can pay cash or card. Hope elders used to Sainsbury's will get assistance with Aldi staff members.
