   Gift card issue, bought a gift card and peeled and the numbers weren't visible. Return to the store immediately on 22/12/2025, spoke to a senior staff member who could see the issues and found other gifts cards with same errors. The gentlemen who helped me and the lovely lady behind the till went out of the way to help me and sorted this issue out. Thanks so much to those two staff members. I've been in multiple times and had issues with staff members and security guards being rude or swearing towards me. This is such a massive improvement in staff quality and helpfulness. Thank you so much to those two staff members. I dont know thier names but It was around 1.45pm at the entrance counter. 5*. Merry Christmas.

   I am a regular shopper at the Harrow Morrisons store, and I must say that the staff at the store are the best I have ever come across. They are so friendly, professional and helpful, that I felt compelled to write and express my gratitude. This level of customer service is unheard of nowadays. They approach me when I look lost, they will take me to an item even though I just ask for the aisle number. If I am missing out on a great deal, they point it out. I have many a Pyrex dish to prove it. What really stands out for me is that it is not just one individual that stands out for first class customer service, there are quite a few and me naming just a few does not mean the others are lacking in any way. I would also like to say that the store is always clean, presentable and fully stocked and has a very wide variety of products and at a very good price. Evidenced by the amount I spend each week, even when I come in for just a few bits.

   Great supermarket with a wide range of products and good prices. The store is clean and well-organised, making shopping easy and pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are often good offers available. A reliable place for everyday shopping — would definitely recommend Morrisons!

   I wouldn’t even give one star for the simple fact of staff not being able to give good customer service. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have made an order on Just Eat and whether you see it as it’s the delivery partners fault or that I should take it up with them solely. It is despicable when I come to your store to resolve it that you turn a blind eye and are rude and dismissive. With my order on Just Eat I did order a lot however no alerts were made that there was maximum limit on this item or that the item was out of stock or that the order was cancelled. So I waited till my delivery arrived. I haven’t ordered a huge order on Just eat so I don’t know how it works in terms of sending two or more drivers if orders are too large for one, so I waited and my order arrived. When i saw the driver they came up my driveway with only one bag. I questioned said driver and said is this it I had more items what will happen with the rest. The driver then stated yes it’s a big order so another driver will come. I’ve then waited abit and because I’ve given the code as told by the driver I’ve realised that another driver coming is slim to none and that the driver was lying or something had happened between couriers and the store that wasn’t communicated to me. I’ve just waited a little longer and my partner has then decided due to it being items I really needed and having to deal with a poor interaction with the courier that he would drive to the store. He has gone to the store now and been met with sheer disrespect, disregard, rejection and unwelcoming attitude. This is not what I considered good customer service or care. They stated they couldn’t do anything and turned a blind eye to him and the situation. Myself I am severely vulnerable and sent him instead of me I had to send a screenshot as it is my account not his own and doesn’t have access to it. For the member of staff to not even acknowledge what he was saying and present any good form of customer service like checking the order number to see what has occurred. She reacted in the in polite manner. This has been nothing but frustrating for me tonight as I’ve already dealt with a difficult delivery driver that is telling me falsities and then to be met with coldness from the store staff is completely unacceptable. I personally will never place an order or visit or shop at this store ever again because of this experience. I believe this member of staff was on the customer service desk or kiosk as there wasn’t a lot staff around for my partner to go to. This was 14/11/2025 at around 9-9:15. At the Harrow Morrisons store. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way. I have been a loyal customer to Morrisons for many years and do not expect anything other than great customer service which I have got in the past but today it has gone down in the books. Not happy. Please rectify this matters thank you

   This Morrisons is one of my favorite shops in the area, offering a convenient and pleasant shopping experience that's a step above the usual supermarkets found across London. Located just off a busy roundabout, it's easy to access, with ample parking available, including dedicated parent parking spaces. The parking and easy access to the upstairs shopping area make it a breeze to visit, and I never have trouble finding a spot. The store itself is quite spacious and well laid out, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes shopping here a pleasure. It boasts a wide variety of sections, including the usual butcher, fishmonger, fresh salad bar, and bakery, but what really sets this Morrisons apart is its unique offerings, like a handmade pizza bar where you can watch your pizza being made fresh, as well as a selection of freshly cooked meats and pies. Overall, I always have a positive shopping experience at this Morrisons, thanks to its convenient location, great selection of products, and the thoughtful amenities that make it stand out. It’s not just a place to shop—it’s a place I enjoy visiting, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxed and comprehensive grocery experience.

   My teenage daughter passed out at the checkout one day and no one paid any attention. We've been in other stores where we've witnessed this happen and saw a number of people run to assist. Here no one even asked if we were all right. We brought it to the attention of management and as expected, it was brushed off. This is not a good store.

   Please hurry with the renovation, today drops of water fell on my head while I was shopping. And can you please tell your security guards to stop being so weird? The untidy shelves and disorganized lanes also get to me. However, I really like the fruit market, and the flowers and plants! The deli and cheese counters are great too. Your cashiers are also always kind, lovely and very helpful. Great place to get a range of things I need. Update: fine today. Very helpful cash out person. Thank you.

   Good parking. Vegetarian and vegan friendly range is expanding. I purchased 2 packets for £4 on the Cauldron marinated tofu range and saved a £1 off my regular shopping. Vegans and Vegetarians like deals too. Not enough going around. Thank you Morrisons.

   A good decent option for your local groceries. Parking is OK - the bays are a bit tight with pillars quite close to the cars, ideally you want the middle spot in each group of three. Not sure how the store stayed open recently during the flash floods - there were buckets and containers everywhere to hold the leaks. A number of leaks looked quite close to electrical areas too... the store did eventually close for a few days.

   My favourite place to shop when compared to others in the Harrow. The Morrisons has ample parking in two levels. In Level 1 is cafe with got breakfast , decent meals and meet up place for lot of people. Level 2 is for click and collect service. Morrisons has wide range of fresh stock and vegetables. They have fresh salad counter and stocked every day. Butchers and Fishmongers are great, they are alway helpfull.( Try their Seabream and mussels) The hot deli counter serves you roast chicken thighs/ wings with hot chips. Bakery serves you best rolls (I love their olive bread roll for soup) and desserts , fudge, choc brownies , Doughnuts etc available. They have also very good selection of candles, homeware and kitchen ware. Also they have small selection of toys and gift cards. Most of the Asian grocery items and frozen grocery is available as well. Other services are photo printing, key making and hiring carpet cleaning machine As well.Advance ordering of flowers is also available . This particular branch also have click and collect service from River Island and other brands. One stop shop most of the items with good customer service.
