   Nice store with plenty of parking free for 2 hours. Shelfs are not normally ransacked and stacked most of the times and staff are okay too but nothing to write home about

   Placed an order through uber eats. And confirmed that uber picked my bag of groceries which had my name on the bag correctly. THE ENTIRE BAG HAS THE WRONG ITEMS!. What kind of a joke is it that you couldn’t even write the name on the order correctly for the delivery person to pick up.wha should I do with the 5 packets of pakchoy and 4 fracking grapes???

   Started as a regular morning-walked in, first customer, and Richard sized me up like I didn't belong. Who are you? What do you want? barked it out, up down glare, total racist vibe. I said hey, what's with the attitude? He shouted back none of your business. Kept yelling what, what like I was interrupting his day. All I did was breathe. Staff? Every single face gray, dead-eyed. Asked one quietly is this guy for real? She winced, whispered yeah sorry, everyone hates him, he's just... him. Also, tried snatching my phone of my hands as i was recording the moment of his harassment. Morrisons this mans the greeter now? Treat people with dignity, not prison warden snarls.    I placed my order well in advance, only for it to be cancelled less than 30 minutes before my collection time — with no proper explanation or warning. The order was meant as a gift, and this last-minute cancellation caused huge inconvenience and embarrassment. When I contacted customer service, I was passed from one message to another, and the resolution took far too long. Instead of fixing the issue directly, I was asked to reorder, pay again, and wait for goodwill points — which is not how a loyal customer should be treated. Morrisons needs to take real accountability for its service failures and show genuine care for customers, not just scripted apologies. I expected better communication, reliability, and respect for my time.

   Product availability can be very hit and miss at times. Having a bell on the deli/cheese counter would be benefical as sometimes there isn't any one there. Having the opening times on deli/cheese service would also be beneficial as I asked for something at 5.01 but told it was closed. Tanya needs to work on her customer service skills as she can be unhelpful and rude.

   Nice and large supermarket with plenty of space for the car parking. Good verity of grocery products and other items, like for the kitchen, the bathroom, kids toys and many more. Cafeteria and restaurant, cigarette kiosk, toilets are in the shop also.

   My go-to supermarket. Great choice and prices. Staff are always helpful and cashiers very friendly. Meat and fish very competitively prices and great quality. Even mini garden- centre in the summer offers good quality plants and consumables. Great all-round supermarket, with plenty of parking.

   There is a guy who looks after the baskets in the car park. He is called Emanuel. He is absolutely wonderful. He is so helpful. He is always smiling and as soon as he sees anyone going to their car with a shopping trolley he always comes over lifts the shopping in the car and takes away the shopping trolley. He deserves recognition and I hope he gets it. Well done Emanuel

   Me and my family have been shopping here since the last 9-10 years but since last year, we always see empty shelves and things are always out of stock or at least on out in the shelves. This is the case during morning, afternoon, evening or night time. The bad service is accompanied by increased prices on products, fruits and vegetables. Someone should take notice and revert the way the store use to be. The accompanied pictures were taken at 6pm.
