Ple ty of parking. Very big store. Staff are generally very helpful. But not the in-store customer service staff member who did not seem to be knowledgeable enough to deal with my query. I was charged again (by mistake) instead of getting credit. But head office customer service was Brilliant in sorting it out for me.
Lately, however, a trip to the supermarket has become rather frustrating. At Sainsbury’s in Kenton the aisles were bustling, yet there was hardly anyone around to lend a hand. Only one till was open, and the self‑checkout lane was packed with a single staff member rushing between confused customers. It was especially tough for elderly shoppers who aren’t comfortable with online shopping and now find themselves stuck with items that won’t scan. Seeing that lone employee run around, trying to assist everyone, made the experience feel more like a chore than a convenience. It’s hard to justify paying higher prices when the level of service doesn’t match the cost.
My favourite place for grocery general shopping and even coffee you can pretty much find everything here like I said before a Starbucks and also an Argos plenty of parking available with a 3 hour parking limit the only reason I give it a 4 star and not a 5 because of the self checkout every time I use it I need assistance and the self checkout till are defiantly understaffed I always need waiting a 2 to 5 mins for someone to come and assist me and guess what after scanning a few more items same thing happens and I have to wait all over again other then that it’s all good
Good place to buy all your family food and stuff for daily life. It offers a huge selection of local and international items. The aisles are wide and you have a good overview to make your choice. The prices are good but sometimes I think there might be a chance for a bit more discount.
Great supermarket, ample parking, fresh veg and fruit fully stocked. Superb plant-based range… and good choice in all other areas: clothing, homeware, toiletries and confectionery. Good premium brands too. Lovely staff- very helpful.

Some items in fresh vegetables section is empty most of the time. Reasonable in all the other sections in both price and selection. Probably the best place for spirits in selection availability and discounts, would give five stars.
Sainsbury is a shopping mart where one can find any kind of product ranging from clothing, food, groceries, toiletries, home wear etc. This specific mart is just 2 min walk from Kenton station. Sainsbury is usually know to be expensive among all other shopping stories, still people prefer going here as per traveling convenience. The prices here are 20-50 pence charged extra when compared to other shopping places. Replenishment is required for daily consumption items like milk, tomatoes etc, but other than that in terms of product coverage it does a comprehensive job.
This particular branch is not very busy during the day. You can relax And shop. They also have Argos on the left of the entrance. Overall good experience with collecting items in Argos and shopping.
