Very good experience for kids and also adults. Free parking and cheap deals via their Facebook page or 1day advance voucher from Groupon. Place serves food and will be less crowded during school days. Visited during summer holidays but on a weekday.
We visited today with 21 kids for my 6 year old daughters party. As any parent knows parties are stressful but the staff, especially Tony, were absolutely brilliant and made sure everything went smoothly. They couldn't do enough, ensuring the adults had seats and the kids food was out on time when they had finished jumping. All the kids had pizza and chips and it was honestly delicious (there enough for me to have some). The place was spotless, including the toilets and the coffee is great. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Tony and the team again you were wonderful.
Affordable family fun. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised that it isn't astronomically expensive to get in here. Would pay the same for a standard soft play centre, but this setting was a welcome change for the kids. And big bonus - they don't charge for adult supervision (unless you plan to use the equipment which is fair enough). Reasonably priced on site food and from the menu they have vegetarian and gluten free options. Lots of inflatables and it was clean and well maintained. We will return and recommend. The service from the gentlemen on site on 07/01 was top notch.
Great value for money !! £8 for a toddler session with free toast £10 for a toddler session with a free child lunch Mon - Fri 10am -1pm !! My daughter absolutely loved it and it’s great because the maximum age on the play area is 4 years old !!!!
This was my first visit back to Velocity since the Pandemic, so it was nice to see the changes made to the layout. There is now not just the upstairs area for the grown-ups to sit down, but quite a large seating area downstairs. The kids seemed to love it and there were employees / marshalls that kept an eye on them as they jetted around. My advice would be to come early, since it seems to get very busy from around lunch time. All up, decent place and worth a visit if you want the kids to burn some energy.
Great fun for kids and adults. There is a toddler area for smaller children and the larger area is big enough for even adults to enjoy!
We went in the morning and the staff was very helpful and swift with the bands and getting us in. The cafe is reasonably priced and the children and adults had amazing time. There is some supervision on the equipment which is good but I suggest adults coming on too because some children get stuck in places.
We visited today 15/01/23. It was busy at 1pm. But the wonderful staff assisted our family of 5 with their wristbands and directed us to available seating upstairs. We've been before and will continue to make the drive from Liverpool as nowhere local compares. Food seems to have improved too or maybe I was just hungrier today. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you!
Took my 2.5 year old to toddler bounce today which is on between 10 and 2pm.. The place was heaving with much much older kids still on their school holidays. As last week was cancelled due to school holidays I'd have expected the online booking for toddlers to have either been blocked or to warn that it was open to all. Or perhaps all these older children booked on as toddlers? 2.5 year olds mixed with young teens is not an good combination. Especially when there wasn't a single member of staff supervising despite me raising my concerns. Doubt I'll come back..
