I sent a parcel through vinted & the man would not give the parcel to my buyer. I never got the parcel back so he has obviously kept the goods to sell or use himself! Avoid ever posting to this place ever again!!
Wouldn’t accept my parcel and wouldn’t help me at all to resolve the issue. I then started to move the box in different way to re-pack so would meet the needs of the attendant and the male said “you can’t re pack it here in my shop, you must go home and bring it back “ just not understanding of simple things to get a package sent when I have sent one that type before. Also the shop was empty. I was going to buy load Of things but then changed my mind as he was really unhelpful and made me feel sad. Maybe he was having a bad day. Hopefully it gets better
The variety of stock in the shop is excellent and the owner tries to get whatever you ask for. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The owner must be the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. When I told him he was being rude, he laughed, said I’m not even his customer and said he didn't care anyway. Please avoid at all costs, there are way friendlier shops on the road.
I share the views of others who have reviewed this shop. Unhelpful and rude staff. I just tried to drop off a Collect+ parcel only to be told my parcel was too big and they would not accept it! After having walked to the shop with it and then had to carry it back again! I will also be reporting them to Collect+. I suggest going anywhere else other than here. Its truly awful. Clearly they have never heard of customer service. If I could leave no stars I would!
You can place your Amazon orders for click and collect at this store. I've done so once and never again. Just go to the Co-op across the road or another corner shop. The guy is very leery. He'll stare you dead in the eyes and not say a word despite you greating him or saying you're here for your collection. We had a silent stand-off for a very uncomfortable moment until he reluctantly and unenthusiastically asked for the Amazon code. Click, collect, and never come back.
I went here to collect my parcel. It was convenient for me as it's near by, but it was the 1st and will be the last time I put my feet in this store. Dodgy characters, not professional and rude. Not recommended if you care about your mood and dignity.
I had a package delivered at Supersave food and Wine because it was convenient for me. Everything went fine with my delivery. My biggest issue was that the employee let other customers go before me because I had a parcel to collect. This really annoyed me so I asked why he let the others go before me. His argument was that it was only right to let the other customers go before me since all I was doing was collecting my parcel, even though I was first in line. He also said it would take a lot of time to find my parcel, even though it took less than a second to find... I also intended to buy some small bits from him, but instead I spent my money in one of the next door shops. I will never go back there again because of terrible customer service.
