   I asked about the sourcing of certain products and was told there were no plans to change suppliers. During this conversation, the shopkeeper was confrontational and came across as rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As sourcing is important to me, and due to the way my concerns were handled, I’ve decided not to shop here again.

   The food is excellent, great choice of fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff is super friendly and helpful but sadly are underpaid and overworked. You can see how tired they are as they have to work super long hours. I would expect a shop so successful to have better pay to their personnel, especially those who have been staying for years. It is disgraceful to see the hard-working staff getting the same minimum London wage, when there is so much heavy-lifting, routine and working late in the night.

   An amazing and friendly necessity for all my go to shopping needs. The staff are so helpful and are always willing to help. They always have the goodies in need and they even prepare them for me in advance with one phone call prior! I cannot muster enough good words for this harmonious family run business!

   Second time they blind overcharge. Just bought four items priced 0.89 each. Charged 3.96 whereas of course total should be 3.56. Told them did not want a refund but that some of us do notice these things. Turkish shop next door always friendly and never once overcharged. I suggest you shop there instead, I know I will. Finished spreading it around... Stop press just back with 4 rotten avocados.... if Icould give minus one stars I would have.

   Great customer service and very friendly staff. They have fresh and halal meat and lots of other goodies. Once when we purchased from them we forgot to take some of our items when we left the shop. Few days later when we went there again, they told us that we can collect our money back.
