   I had a bad experience by one of the store assistant in the shop. My reuse lidl bag has hole on the bottom part. So I asked him to replace one. He said no this is small hole on the bottom & the bag handle is damaged, I can replace it. I was shocked his rude reply. If my things fell off in the road, He will pay for it? This word in the bag, The bag gets damaged, we will replace it for free. Why the man did this ? He create a new rule? This is his own company? Or his own money. Very bad. Very disappointed.

   If I could give them 0 stars I would. My elderly parents went shopping yesterday with 2 young kids,18/08/25 and with a trolley load of shopping were forced to go through self checkout as they refused to open the counter for them. Then an Asian staff member opened the counter for a customer with only 2 items. They couldn't complete the transaction in 1 go as the scales were no big enough to hold the shopping so they had to do 2 transactions and then an African man (staff) tells them to hurry up on the self scan. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff and my parents will no longer shop at this place again

   CHecked the website for availability of shelving, which stated as in stock. On arrival at store nothing on display, spoke to the manager who proceeded to check stock room and found. Easily could have said sorry not available. Cannot fault the staff attitude, well worth a visit.

   I was walking in this Lidl for salad. I saw that there was something new. Shredded iceberg lettuce. I picked it up and saw that it was ready for the bin while the date was still in the future. As I was not going to spend any money on such food that belongs in the bin, I left it so the person working there could see it and throw it away, so nobody would buy it. While I did that, I was already noticed by the worker and while picking it up and throwing it back in the box it come from he said "Don't do that mrs!". I showed it to him and told him that nobody would be able to eat this. He left it there and walked away, while saying we will discount it when the time is there. If this is the mentality of Lidl, they rather earn money than selling food that is fresh it is not best. Please if a customer tells you they won't buy it, throw it away. Another customer will have exactly the same opinion. Customers service needs to become higher than your love for money. May God bless this man with another job opportunity where his qualities are in better use.

   Well stocked for a smaller Lidl store, clean and well organised. Produce is usually fresh, and the bakery is very good. Middle aisle is too narrow. Usually a queue for the self checkouts, more are needed.

   Conveniently situated near Stanmore station and Broadway. Has a good variety of food, vegetables fruit etc more reasonably priced than Sainsbury's near by! Small selection of plants, flowers and other items on special offers.

   Good shop! We shop here very often and they always have amazing staff, product quality and pricing, even security are friendly. The meat wasn't fresh before but now they have seemed to improved. Their selection is okay and have a lot of non food items. Overall, this is a supermarket that is decent.

   First visit since we'll before lock-down. Stopped shopping there because it was dirty & fresh produce on sale that was out of date & rotten. Still produce on sale that is out of date. Staff need to be made aware of the hefty fine the shop is liable to pay. .
