   Ordered over £80 of goods from this place…. Big big mistake! Items never received as the delivery company apparently delivered to someone else. Absolutely no customer service to try and resolve the issue - the contact number on their website is in obtainable. Sent five emails but either no response. This place is incompetent and has no customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

   I received one third of my order and have spent the last week trying to get in touch with them to either send the remaining missing items or refund me. So far I have emailed them, called the numbers given for them (both of which don’t connect), messaged on FB and also on Instagram and used their live chat page. I haven’t had a response from them on any of the above. I always like to give a business the opportunity to reply and put right an issue. However, this company has had more than enough time to get back to me and I’m now left with no choice but to report them.

   Do not order from this company. I received my frozen scallops packed in a cardboard box totally defrosted 1 day passed the delivery date barely chilled. There was no reply to my emails or messages on the chat line. The phone number advertised does not work. It is impossible to get in touch with them.

   I placed an order with them for £73.40 on the 26th November. They charged my Debit Card twice and have never shipped my order. Their telephone number does not work and they are refusing my emails. Essentially they have stolen £146.80 from me. Their food is great...when they choose to send it out!

   I got charged for my purchase, but it was never delivered. I have tried getting in touch with the merchant multiple times to no avail. PayPal and my bank are now going after my refund. The other package did arrive but was missing the main item. They credited me for that but they never bother to tell me that they didn’t have it. I do not recommend purchasing from this store

   Products were ordered for a particular event. Because of the messages regarding delivery we weren't sure if they would arrive in time. On arrival, it was found one item was missing, presumably out of stock but it would have been good to find out before receipt of the products.

   The Gourmet Market stocks interesting foodstuffs. Reliable, prompt delivery. Twice a customer. Basque cheesecake excellent. Fried milk didn't look anything like the photo - larger, oblong, floppy, wet, white pieces - and was disappointing. Pleasant enough, but I won't order again.

   Customer service non existent. The phone number given is not in working order. I Ordered 6kg frozen Mediterranean tuna. It arrived a day late because of the incompetent courier company they use. There was nothing wrong with the product apart from being defrosted on arrival and because it was too late for my event, I had to purchase from elsewhere which meant that my costs more than doubled and I was left with a huge amount of tuna that couldn’t be refrozen. I reached out to them by email and on social media, but received no reply whatsoever. I never bother writing reviews and I’m only writing this because I keep getting emails from them asking how my experience was. It was not good and I won’t be ordering anything else in the future.    Ordered 2 different steaks fo different kinds and dry-age duration; received 2 steaks with different product names, but the same slaughter date and cut date - which means they couldn't have different dry-age durations. The merchant can't answer the question directly, nor willing to arrange a return and refund. This is clearly misrepresentation.
