   ZoomOcado Order placed 05:45 so I’d have milk & cheese to come home to. And some cleaning items. Delivery slot 14:15-15:15. Delivery received on time. Quickly realised just the cleaning fluid, no consumables. Ran out to courier who said ‘I know, but management team could only find one bag’. Yet he didn’t see fit to mention this. Checked receipt. Charged full amount. As yet, no response from customer services. Just in case you were thinking of using them. Update: I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and started using them again. They have scammed me. I tried to place an order and got an error message saying ‘problem encountered, please try again’. I did so, with the same result. They managed to process my payment though. Twice. Now they won’t give me my money back.

   Terrible place to work, I was left unattended from 14:45 - 19:00 with nothing to do. No supervisors were available to contact and I was finally told to shadow a colleague on a sorting machine who could not communicate simple English and had attitude issues. I left the premises after I could not find any staff to deal with my presence and being disrespected by the woman on the sorting machine. I then received a phone call the next day stating my employment was terminated by a very emotionless supervisor who seems to have had no training and poor management skills. I am pursuing the way i was treated and discriminated, as I was onboarded with two teenagers who were immediately given work to do which leads me to believe my termination was due to my age.

   I was considering opening an account with Ocado. That was until I saw one of their drivers almost carelessly reverse one of their vehicles into a colleague who was waiting to cross the road. When she pointed out what had happened the driver aggressively shouted “ shut up woman..” Truly appalling behaviour and shockingly poor driving.

   Please pay your drivers properly. I like your service and the friendly drivers, but everyone needs to be able to live from their job. If this needs raising prices, so be it.

   Great business doing everything they can to keep the food chainsupply moving by using these amazing and eco-friendly electric vehicles/ electric cargobikes for last mile deliveries. One way of keeping our city clean and reducing congestion. Well done Ocado :)
