Staff are rude and unfriendly. Woman behind the till made such a fuss when I didn’t have any small change for a pint of milk… told her not to worry and that I’d go elsewhere. Honestly only tried to pay with a tenner… you’d think I tried to give them a hundred the way she reacted. Won’t be going back.
lovely very good looking lady but she has the great wall of china to her right. The thing was massive it scared my family off and we had to retreat due to its intimidating nature. Would highly recommend going but if you are scared of walls I would stay away from house 13A.
Save yourself some time and avoid this place for good, especially for Hermes parcel service. I live locally for 3 years now and unfortunately had very unpleasant experience several times. The lady who owns the shop is unreasonably rude and she'd held back my return parcel for weeks as it turned out later, it just not missed the return deadline...and she was equally rude when I bought goods from her shop. Honestly don't get the reason behind this attitude..
Great local shop, I often have lots of parcels which I know can be difficult but Marie is always really helpful. Good selection of cards in the shop as well. I go there regularly:-)
Do not under any circumstances have your Click & Collect delivery sent here. The person running this shop seems to either not understand how C&C works - she repeatedly shouted at me “why are you having your post sent here and not to your house??” - or they are just straight out rude and ignorant. Last time I went to pick up a parcel - bear in mind it was only the 2nd time I’d had a parcel sent there in the 5mth I’ve lived in the area - she told me “if you ever have a parcel sent here again I will get rid of it”. So that was nice.
WORST STORE EVER!!! told me and my friend to Leave!!! all because I was talking on the phone and looking around to store for 5-9 minutes and my friend was holding things to buy, then they told us "you walking around the store" so you need to leave! So I expressed my frustration and left! disgusting attitude!!
