   The new young lady working self-service this evening was brilliant. She was calm, patient and actually paid attention instead of just standing around. She mentioned she only started recently in the department but she handled everything better than most experienced staff. Keep her!

   Khanjana was absolutely exceptional today — a real 10/10. She didn’t just help; she went above and beyond. Guided me through the aisles, found everything I asked for instantly, stayed patient, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to meet staff who actually care, but she delivered top-tier service start to finish. Morrisons is lucky to have someone like Khanjana. Outstanding experience.

   for starters, excellent music choice which is a wildly underrated feature in a supermarket. sometimes not the best stocked in terms of meat but the deli section is good, and lots of household goods. good range of fresh produce. freezer section is decent, there isn’t really much that you can’t get here. a more pricey supermarket but you can get some deals

   Good place to purchase food at a moments notice. The closing time is much later than other supermarkets in the area, which is a positive. Food slightly on the pricy side, but the basic market brand is pretty good value still. Although prices have risen, that is everywhere. Good parking spot just outside also. The staff are friendly and helpful.

   Rude staff. being treated as a thief or a cheater just because I've managed to buy 4 cucumbers from the electrical machine. I'm always following the rules, it's just that no one have informed me, I've already paid when someone came to check and tell me "you can't buy it". "Ok but I've already paid" the answer "Eh! When you have paid? Impossible! you cant" so I've showed them my receipts "ah! I don't know how you manage to gets more than two!!". I was ready to give them back but to be honest I was expecting to receive a refund after I paid for? I just said I'm sorry because I didn't know... the answer that I got was "You should know it!!". so please maybe give a better training of the costumers service to this peoples... specially when a costumers is politely listening this is not a great experience.

   Large superstore with onsite parking. It can get busy getting in and out of the parking lot...a yellow box could easily solve this, but what do I know! There's a good variety of products. Aisles can get busy now that they fulfill Amazon Pantry orders. But staff are friendly and helpful. Front of the store is always busy and cluttered and never feels welcoming. Seems very typical of Morrisons stores.

   Morison Acton is a good supermarket that offers a typical Morrisons shopping experience. The store is located in Acton, a town that is sadly deteriorating, but Morison Acton is still a great asset to the community. One thing that Morison Acton is known for is its selection of pies, pasties, and low-end food items. While some may view this as a negative, it's important to note that these types of products can be a great option for those on a tight budget or looking for a quick and easy meal. Despite its focus on affordable options, Morison Acton still manages to offer high-quality products. One standout item is their ridiculously cheap, yet delicious, doughnuts. It's always a treat to grab a few of these on a shopping trip. Overall, Morison Acton is a great addition to the town of Acton. While it may not be the fanciest or most upscale supermarket, it offers a solid shopping experience with a good selection of affordable products. And those doughnuts are definitely worth a try!

   Good supermarket, typical Morrisons... Pies, pasties and low end food. But still a great asset to the ever deteriorating town of Acton. (Forgotl to mention the ridiculously cheap yummy doughnuts! Well done Morrisons!)
