   If your wanting to have a party here I would be very careful. We turned up for a party today and were greeted by VERY rude staff. We walked in and 3 of them behind the reception turned their backs on us and talked about us. Apparently if anyone takes a baby in arms it counts as one of the children allowed at your party. So you would need to tell your party guests that no siblings AT ALL are allowed. I am now sat outside the building having being forced to leave my now unattended 4 year old at the party as I wasn't allowed to even stay in the building as I had my other child with me as I have no one else to look after her. I understand they have rules to follow from management but the rudeness needs to be addressed. Customer service training certainly wouldn't go amiss here.

   We visited this play centre for the sensory room. When we arrived we were told the sensory room was closed. We had called ahead of time to ensure we got a slot and no one mentioned the sensory room was closed. And whilst talking with other families they had said the sensory room has been shut for a number of weeks. So all in all not a very good visit.
