Very rude and unfriendly staff. The older indian lady is always looking like someone died. I've encountered few expired items during the years and if you go with an item without a bag/box as per Amazon return suggestion the staff will say they don't have bags/boxes. I try to avoid them and usually go next door, next to bus stop - very friendly staff.

My go to place for dropping off Hermes/Amazon parcels. Easy to park, all automated and once you know what to do it's a doddle. Staff are generally quite friendly and helpful too

They won't take parcels saying they are too large. Yet another nearby newsagent does take the same parcel...
Rubbish shop to return Hermes parcels. Always loses them and never has them when you want to pick them up even though it says delivered on the tracking number
The best local shop. So good to their local customers like myself. Left some cards including £100 gift card without realising and they kept it and returned it to me!
