   Absolutely disgusting. I bought chicken from this shop and the moment I opened the packaging, the smell was horrible, clearly rotten and also half frozen which clearly indicates that meat was contaminated.It was slimy, foul-smelling, and should never have been allowed to be sold. This is a serious health risk and shows a total lack of care for food safety. I wasted my money and left with nothing but frustration and concern. If this is how you handle fresh produce, I dread to think about the standards behind the scenes. I will never buy from here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place for their own safety. I will submit a formal complaint (with photos and packaging details) to Environmental Health and Trading Standards.

   I got some chicken breast 2 days ago and when I got home and I took it out it was half frozen and have defrosted and the smell that it had it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t recommend this place to anyone for meet. They don’t care about their hygiene and for the costumer health. People can get really sick from that and they don’t care. The inspector needs to come and check. Because me personally I work with meat and I know when a place is good or bad. And this place is horrible.

   The meat is always fresh, clean, and properly prepared according to halal standards. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with custom cuts or special orders. Their lamb and chicken are especially good, and the prices are fair for the quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy halal meat in the area.

   The customer service is really poor as the persom serving at meat section is very rude amd the meat is very smelly as they don't care about hygiene
