   I expected an authentic Iranian shopping experience, but unfortunately this store didn’t deliver. The layout is chaotic and makes it difficult to find products. Prices are higher than the supermarket next door, even for similar items. Most importantly, despite being marketed as an Iranian supermarket, many of the products lack authenticity or don’t align with Iranian culture. For anyone looking specifically for genuine Iranian goods, this store may not meet your expectations. I hope they improve, because Iranian culture deserves better representation

   Excellent butcher with los of different marinated cuts of high quality meat. The butcher is very welcoming as well as his other staff. Clean environment and clean packaging. I highly recommend the catering which I had the best experience in our last party

   I have been to this place few times, quality of their products is good, it is a new supermarket so they do their outmost to provide a good customer service and the meat and fruit I bought lasted longer than other similar places . They seems to have caused some competition in that part of the road as I shop there a lot and the side neighbours I won't say who were sort of bad mouthing them . I %100 recommend them. I don't know them well but have better price and quality. I did see the bin photos in their review and yes neighbours or someone doesn't like a new competition in the area .

   Wow! Some people are really trolling hard on this establishment (it's okay we know where your loyalty lies). It's not unusual for the row of shops along that stretch to fear new competitors but this is somewhat unwarranted. I frequent there very often at different hours of the day and I see how the shop is run. Rows are immaculately shelved with amazing products from all over the world but mainly Iran. This is a chance to try something different my diverse community. Go ahead! The staff are attentive and while I admit that during the first few weeks they weren't staffed according to the flow of customers, they soon recruited people and are now functioning very well with great service. I asked for Fizzy water and the lady behind the counter although she and I both spoke no Polish, we managed to workout which was Fizzy and which was still. That's great service! The bakery and the freshly made Iranian bread is the great part of this shop. Just try it and you will see how fresh and with care its made. Please visit and dont let the haters put you off.

   Earlier this afternoon I visited the new food centre opened in the area I work at and saw mice running around. This is unacceptable and disgusting! The staff were also not professional, not one person greeted and wanted to help me find a product. It’s disappointing to say this but one star isn’t even worth rating for! Good customer service is what we customers look out for and sadly didn’t get that either.
