   Tigris food centre is one of my favourite shop in Burnt Oak. I've been coming here since 2009. The service is always great. Fruit and veg are always fresh.

   I have been in to buy some mutton meat. All other butchers were closed so I had to drive 25 minutes. The staffs don’t know the difference between lamb and mutton and they have no idea of what they have. I ended up not buying them as no one is sure about what it is. I am highly disappointed about the service and the staffs were so rude. One told me that I am not serving you and he walked out. Another one came started talking to some other language which I didn’t understand. I spoke to the lady on the counter and the lady said it’s lamb but big lamb. They have no idea of what they have in butchers area. I wanted to buy some mutton for £5 money and she said you have to buy the whole leg and we can’t cut it for you, it’s our policy but over the phone they said they will cut it. They put my family and kids with no dinner. This needs to be fixed. They discriminated me

   This place is lovely and offers a great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats! The staff is really friendly too. My only suggestion would be that it can get a bit crowded since there’s a lot of merchandise on the floor. That sometimes makes shopping a little tricky, but overall, it’s a wonderful experience!
