   I went to get some vegetables and 4 cans of 440ml Peroni. ( there wasn't price)! At the till the "lady" charged me 9.60£ i didn't realized straight away. I payed.i told her its probably some mistake. Weight too high price. I would like refund please. She went crazy on me she drop the cash back in front of me with psychopath attitude. I told her im sorry but most of the 4x330 beer with price tag between 5-6£. This one missing the price tag and u just randomly charge me almost 10£. She went more crazy on me. She probably trying to scam people. And its not nice people love costcutter. I love to. But im never gonne buy anything at burnt oak branch.

   I am writing this review to express my absolute outrage and concern regarding the hazardous practices I observed at Costcutter. What I discovered during my recent visit is not just a simple mistake, but a serious breach of consumer trust and safety. Some of the products I purchased from this store had expired back in December 2022. (See Images Below) Let me be clear: selling expired products is not only a grave ethical violation but could also have legal consequences. Consumers trust that the items they purchase are safe for consumption, and discovering expired products on the shelves demonstrates a lack of integrity and competence on the part of Costcutter. This isn't a matter to be taken lightly – individuals who have consumed expired goods from this store could have experienced severe health issues, leading to potential lawsuits. Furthermore, I want to remind Costcutter that authorities and regulatory bodies closely monitor and investigate cases of businesses selling expired products. The potential legal repercussions, including fines and closure orders, are very real. The fact that Costcutter has put itself in a position where it could face legal action or even closure due to such negligent practices is alarming and deeply disappointing. I insist that Costcutter takes immediate action to rectify this situation. This includes a thorough audit of their inventory, implementing stringent quality control measures, and ensuring that all staff members are educated about proper product handling and stock rotation. Anything short of this demonstrates a blatant disregard for consumer rights and safety.

   Is a rubbish service and rubbish shop they sale expired product and when I tell them about this, the lady which is serving she didn't know to speak nicely, she start to be aggressive and very rude instead to do something. Some customers it buying this product maybe for children is not ok at all.

   Extremely unfriendly rude,ignorant, arrogant, obnoxious obese lady who is a permanent fixture behind the till! An absolute shame as the younger staff are hardworking and pleasant Won't shop here again due to her attitude which is completely disgusting to paying customers!!!!
