Avoid. Since management changed this guys Rude guy on till always on phone. Definitely will never use them again, because last time i went to drop off parcell guy working there asked if i wanted help which they never offered before i said no i can scan myself he then said if i wanted tracking invoice he needed to scan my phone with his he then tried to go over my mobile with his i pulled my mobile away and walked off. But after leaving londis colindale my mobile lost wifi and even though hard to prove it was them , i had Internet before entering shop. BE AWARE !!!!!!
Awful! Avoid at all costs! Huge pile of Evri parcels, so if you want your parcel to get lost, it’s the place to be. Evri never collects there. On top of that cashier is always on the phone with loud speaker and never interacts with customers.

Shopping experience isn’t good anymore. I believe management has been changed. Cashier is always on the phone. No interest in customer service. Prices aren’t good either comparing to other shop in that street. They also provide parcel drop off service but help is non existence. I was returning parcel other day, In Amazon’s instruction clearly says just return items without box, they will repackage for you which obviously denied by cashier. There are other better shops with better price and better service.
