   Very large Tesco situated near Brent Cross, absolutely love this Tesco, it has a lot of natural lighting which I haven't seen in any other Tesco which makes this distinct to me and really nice. Basically the same as any other Tesco really in terms of items and pricing, no complaints. Staff seem fine too.

   Very cell located TESCO superstore, with Costa and Mobile Phone sales, with toilets and photo machine, ATM, Parking, Car Wash and Petrol station. It has big parking and public bus stop. Troubadour Studio and football field is on the way. Some roadworks are on the way now with some traffic jams and it is only one temporary inconvenience.

   I hate this place but I can't get some of their products, or petrol, anywhere else, so I have to visit occasionally. I go early; there is always litter on the floor, cages everywhere, no tills open. I especially hate the car park's aggressive speed bumps and ridiculous poles (see photo). I use hand scanners, but they are frequently unavailable and I have to use their stupid machines the hard way, invariably needing the help of the one assistant on duty there. When the hand scanners do work I often need a re-check, taking up that assistant's time even more.

   This branch has improved a lot , lots of choices especially loving the world foods items . Good deals when using the club card as well. Lots of tills in use , gift cards available , clothes section is very limited though

   It’s about six years I do shopping in this store and always we have problems with baskets either. They locked baskets wheels or they are behind it together. The parking area is so huge, some elderly people may cannot or it’s not convenient for them to bring the basket back all the way through parking Places employees job to collect baskets not to put a trap or bind them to each other that we can’t use them or we can’t drop them in further collecting points

   This store is always so filthy. The self-checkout machines are always stained with dry food or liquids that none of the staff seem bothered to wipe down, the shelves are dusty, flies swarming all over the place. CQC really need to pay this particular store a visit! Staff are also rude and miserable.

   I went in at night and asked a staff member (later known as Jane) where can I find gift cards. Been pointed in the direction and then was told in a patronising tone 'you need to look for things yourself'... um okay? Then when I picked one, i was told by her that I can't load it at the self checkout tills and I need to come back tomorrow morning, which is completely fine, but why not tell me that at the start??? I have a lot of patience for retail workers working long hours and having bad days but I really cant find any excuses for her mannerisms which is completely unprovoked. The other two staff members whom I managed to speak to about the incident (sorry I didn't get their names) were very sincere and apologetic.

   Staff need to do better job in removing expired products. We bought the cheese and next day realised it was 3 WEEKS out of date. And that's not a first time it happened. Unfortunately didn't kept receipt. Chances are if you doing big shopping you will probably end up with something expired. So don't let your guard down in this shop.

   Good store in general has the petrol station and car jet wash and waves car wash. Good parking spaces but when I was there I couldn't find one staff on the floor which is unusual for tescos
