   Very true this store is very unprofessional and rude staff. The irony is the staff would use racial favouritism when it comes to a white English person they will act all friendly and helpful. Once a woman left the till and she came back and they want to serve her for jumping the queue due to her being white English. Tesco needs to do something about this store the service is disgraceful.

   This is not a review it’s a request .the security working in the morning is really terrible and irritating.he is following me while Iam scannin The product. My entire day was ruined by his attitude and his irritation. We are customers, he doesn't know how to treat customers. If you saw his attitude, you'd think he was that Tesco owner. I don't want to come to Tesco now, thinking I want to see his face in the morning, so I go to Iceland instead.please teach him some management skills and customer service

   I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Tesco store. I politely asked the staff to accept my Evri parcel, but I was refused several times without any proper explanation. The way they spoke to me came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes there might be technical issues or restrictions with parcel services, but I expected a bit more courtesy and willingness to explain the situation. A simple polite response or some guidance would have made a big difference. I hope Tesco management looks into improving staff training on customer service and communication, especially when dealing with third-party services like Evri.

   I just came back from the store, and I’m honestly shocked by the level of rudeness I experienced. I asked a simple question about the stationery section, and instead of helping, the staff member responded with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name (He was working in the meat fridge area), but the way he treated me was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. It’s genuinely frustrating to walk into a store expecting basic courtesy and walk out feeling insulted. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way — especially in customer service. I strongly urge management to take this seriously and ensure your staff are trained to treat customers with respect. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially over a simple question. Do better.

   Excellent branch ! I was really amazed that on a weekend evening the bakery wast empty and the store in general was organised and neat , lots of halal items in the fridge made my day ! This is the first time I visit this branch since I was visiting a friend in the area . Soo much better than my local branch in kilburn where the bakery section is always empty and the store is always unorganised.

   Constantly raising prices (2 times on a same product in a period of around 2 months), no stock rotation on fridges, no proper labeling on 'reduced to clear' items, poor and bad selection of expensive goods, considering the area isn't Kensington or Richmond. Wouldn't really need to use anymore.

   The Tesco in neasden lane have the poor staff and need training immediately as they don’t deserve a bad name for a particular store . They argue and fight with each other as well as customers. There’s always a fight every day for you to witness with out a miss. Extremely disappointing when my 3 Boys are with me, so I leave them in a corner and I rush to avoid any altercation. Never request any help as a smack in the mouth often offends.
