WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! Management are awful, can't run any complaints by them, they do nothing! Never seen a nursery so unprofessional before, no one has a clue whats going on and staff are always changing so children are always unsettled
As a working parent I love the famly app, it keeps me updated to what activities my child has done throughout the day and much more! My daughter enjoys her time at nursery.
My son has attended this nursery a number of times during holiday periods. Everytime he has enjoyed himself thoroughly and never wants to leave when I come to collect. His always engaged with all the activities provided and brings work home to show me. The staff at the nursery including the management team are very friendly and are always willing to help. I would recommend this nursery to other people looking for good quality child care.
My daughter thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery, and has learnt so many nursery rhymes. Starting to join up her words to form sentences. Staff are always polite, friendly and approachable :)
Reading these reviews seems nothing has changed in that place. I worked at rockinghorse and was put on a 12 month probation period. I often found myself left over-ratio with the children and this caused me undue stress and severe panic attacks. I discussed this with the manager who then made my life a misery. Management were constantly talking about me in the office (of which I and several other staff overheard). Management would come into the rooms and say good morning to everyone except me, purposely excluding me. I had a feeling the manager was jealous of me as she always used to look at me up and down. In my opinion, the managers are bullies and always forcing staff out (PARENTS, YOU SHOULD MAKE NOTE OF HOW MANY STAFF COME AND GO WHEN YOUR CHILDREN ARE THERE). They even pretended they would have to made redundancies due to lack of children (I was still under the probation period) so instead of being 'let go' I left. I will never ever forget how they treated me and there's no point telling the owner about your grievances with management as they are close friends Zzz. Management are always on annual leave or leaving early as they are owed 'time back' but how can you be owed time when you ain't never there LOL
