The staff are amazing and welcoming. My two boys joined in September, they were very patient with them. They always update me via the app or telephone (for the settling in period) they always have a smile on their face. Really good nursery. I recommend them!
My daughter has attended nursery and loved her keyworkers Nadia & Shabana. Now my son is attending the nursery & is always talking about zaynab. I strongly believe it's an absolute amazing setting the staff are brilliant in what they do with the children the activities aswell as having a nuturing loving & caring approach towards the children. My both children have so much to tell me when and leave nursery with a big smile (says it all). A big thanks to Shyla who was the manager who was absolutely brilliant always listening to any concerns and would address them immediately and the same goes for the new manager very understanding (Sanya). I would definitely recommend Russell School nursery to any parent looking for a brilliant setting for their child. To all the staff can't thank you enough you guys are in great what you do for the children and it's great that you get the parents involved to. X
Lovely nursery with brilliant staffing. My son is 2 and loves everyday with his key worker Raj and Zainab. The staff are really attentative and polite. My son always runs to nursery and walks out with a smile. I couldnt ask for more and definitely recommend sending your child here. If you are looking for a nursery that provides the same level of care they receive at home, then do consider this nursery.
A lovely welcoming nursery. My daughter literally loves her key worker, Sat. It’s nice to see your child build a bond with someone who truly cares about her progression and well-being. My daughter has been here for 2 years, she’s settled in well and has made lots of friends. Highly recommend!
My child attends Russell nursery and enjoys every day. He comes home and talks about his day and what he has enjoyed the most. The staff are friendly and greet my son with a warm welcome which makes me happy leaving him here. I would fully recommend this nursery to others.
My child attended Russell nursery school he loved the staff they are highly qualified and professional. Sad he has to leave now to start school he will miss all the staff.
Typical private nursery interested in public funding but not providing the right services. Nursery may be ok but we could not get a chance to get in and see due to Covid restrictions. Staff seem to have no clue about management, there seems to be no one in charge to deal with administrative matters.
Lovely nursery with nice staff and flexible timings. The staff at their 'little school' for younger children have been particularly welcoming and helped my little one settle in well. Keep up the good work and the smiles! Thank you ☺
My two children attended the nursery. The staff are very attentive to the children's needs. We felt our children were in a very safe environment and cared for so well in a brilliant learning environment. The setting is very welcoming with bright spacious rooms and a clean outside play area well equipped. Thank you to all the staff.
The staff are fantastic, always friendly, warm and welcoming. My child loves going to nursery which is reassuring. The owners let the nursery down which is a real shame. They don’t reinvest into the nursery for new educational toys or resources. There is also a high staff turnover. My main bug bearer is the accountancy side. They do not invoice or provide you with statements. Instead, if they feel you haven’t paid, they will issue you with an excel sheet with past, present and future dates with amounts owing. It’s not clear and it’s infuriating, especially when I pay weekly by standing order/ kiddivouchers and they can’t find my payment! All payments go into one account which the managers can’t access to sort the query out beforehand. It’s the incompetence of the owners which is off putting. If this continues, I will look to move my child.
