   I just had my flu jab and ear syringed for the first time. The staff were excellent. So much nicer now under new ownership. Very friendly, knowledgable, patient. The place feels positively different.

   I recently had the Covid flu vaccination administered by Harrison, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for his exceptional care. As a neurodiverse individual with a sensitivity to pain, I was anxious about the procedure. However, Harrison's kindness, empathy, and professionalism put me at ease. He's a truly exceptional young man who takes the time to explain everything clearly and reassuringly. His gentle and considerate approach made the experience much more comfortable than I had anticipated. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and compassion, and I feel fortunate to have had him administer my vaccination. Thank you, Harrison, for providing such excellent care.

   Absolutely amazing service!!!! For the past week or so my ears have been totally blocked. I called into the pharmacy to get advice and I was immediately given a consultation where I was told that my ears were totally blocked with wax. Thinking I would have to make an appointment I was told that it could be done there and then. Wow!!! What a difference it made. The only downside, I can now hear that annoying squeak again in my car haha. I would definitely recommend this service. Cornie (hopefully spelt correctly) went above and beyond during the whole process, she explained everything clearly and gave me sound advice.

   I dropped off a prescription on Tuesday morning and they did not have the medication in stock. I was told that they would order it and deliver it the next day. I heard nothing on Wednesday and the medication was not delivered. I called Thursday morning and was told it would be delivered as a priority today. I have had to call five times this afternoon before someone answered the phone to then be told it was not down for delivery. This is a real shame as I have previously received excellent service here.

   I required a number of compression sleeves to treat my Lymphedema. I liaised with the pharmacist Anessa, who liaised with Germany as I required them in a few weeks as I was going on a long trip in Europe. Aneesa did her upmost, but unfortunately they couldn’t be delivered in time. However I received a phoned from Anessa today to say they had arrived after she put on an urgent request. I am absolutely delighted, having the compression sleeves whilst I am away will make a significant difference to my health and well being. Anessa has been absolutely superb, and I am so very grateful.Also I would like to also say all staff at Arc are always friendly and do their very best to help in all situations.

   Fantastic!! Called in on spec to discuss a medication side effect. Lady on the counter was so polite and welcoming. The Pharmacist was so reassuring. Sat me in a private room- didn’t feel rushed. Listened to and addressed my concerns. Felt great and reassured leaving. Absolutely great. Can’t recommend enough

   Visited on spec for help with an ear problem. Luckily the audiologist was in consultation and offered to see me. Fantastic service from him and the counter assistant who spoke to him after my initial enquiry. Both were receptive, empathetic and caring - wonderful. Problem solved. There are soon to be offered ear appointments in situ - private with fees but will be worth every penny. Thank you for such great service. If you need advice or help with a medical issue, make ARC your first port of call. Wonderful.

   How this pharmacy in 2022 gets customers is unbelievable!absolutely shocking, They continue to send texts that you’re prescription is ready and every time you turn up it’s not!waited 20 minutes today. Then was told the cream has to be ordered in ? Er so the prescription isn’t ready,not only that,you don’t have it.wow feels like I’m going back 20 years why do customers keep coming here ?just change your chemist,I am absolute joke
