   My son has been attending here for 13 months and he absolutely loves it. The change in his social interactions is great. Friendly and helpful staff. The staff are aways informative at the end of the day and also good at updating me throughout the day so I know what's happening with him. Im always comfortable, knowing that he's left in safe hands when I go to work.

   Disgusted!! Absolutely disgusted! I am raging with anger as I begin to write this message. WARNING!! Do not even fathom to bring your child to this utterly inadequate nursery. They call themselves Prime time nursery more like Grime time nursery! Uneducated, undertrained and dishonest staff. My 3 year old niece has been exposed to or given dairy 3 TIMES at this freak show of a nursery all whilst full well knowing she has a severe dairy allergy. Today was the final straw as my niece spent 8 hours in hospital with an oxygen mask struggling to breathe due to the incompetent staff at this place who seem to enjoy putting children’s lives at risk. The worst part is there wasn’t a single apology given nor were we even asked if the child in question is doing ok. All we heard were lies and covering their backs- utterly shocked coming from those people that we put our trust in to, to care for and safeguard our children. ACTION will be taken against this nursery! P.s do not even try to fool people with your lies because at first we were told by Becky that you knew the cards contained chocolate coins but left it regardless and it didn’t occur to you to take the coin out instead of letting a child with an allergy go home with it. Oh and how do you explain the other two episodes of my niece having a dairy allergy on your premises?? I can’t wait to hear. Have a jolly Xmas oh and you might want to consider switching careers because clearly you have your work cut out.

   I am responding to your reply to R.K. I am the mother of the child and yes you are correct our first child went to that nursery with no problems. Our second child has an allergy which you have always been made aware of. There have been a few not so serious incidents that have previously occurred however we have never made a fuss as we are not the type of people to do that. This time whether you admit it or not you WERE aware of the coin in the envelope however you chose to leave it in there and allowed my child to walk out of nursery with it, which put her in a position to eat it! I spoke to the manager who at-least if nothing else apologised and said ‘we should have told you at the door’ and agreed ‘that it would have made sense to remove it from the card’. You later called and did not even ask how my child was but wanted to ensure your name and nursery were cleared of all blame! If exaggerating is your choice of word regarding my child’s allergy and upset then I have nothing more to say! I am so very disappointed as my child was just coming out of her shyness and settling in at the nursery but now your lies and lack of empathy have broken our hearts and we believe it’s best she does not return to your nursery.

   I am absolutely horrified by the lack of care and negligence at this nursery, especially when it comes to my child’s dairy allergy. My daughter has had THREE separate allergic reactions while in their care, all due to their failure to properly manage her allergy. Despite repeatedly informing them of her dairy intolerance, they still allowed her to come into contact with dairy on multiple occasions. Each time, I was left to rush in and pick her up, dealing with the aftermath of their mistakes. It’s clear that they do not take allergies seriously, nor do they have the proper systems in place to ensure the safety of children with dietary restrictions. The staff seems undertrained and unresponsive when I’ve raised my concerns. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this nursery to any parent, especially those with children who have allergies. My child’s health and well-being are far too important to risk in an environment like this.

   Our daughter attended Prime Time Day Nursery since she was 8 months old and all those years it was her second family. She already missed everyone at the nursery, she learned a lot and was looked after every day she spent there. Thank you!

   Superb nursery! Excellent care given to every child under its roof. I have sent my son there and he has developed so much now he is in school and very confident, this is thanks to prime time really developing his skills and abilities from a young age. I now send my one year old daughter there and hoping for the same.

   One of the best things I have done for my 1 year old was to put her into this nursery. She has developed so much in the short time she has been there and has really came out of her shell. The staff and owners at this nursery are sooo lovely, caring and helpful I couldnt ask for better key workers for my daughter. They'll never be enough thank you's I could give for the patience the care and the overall looking after my daughter while I go back to work. :)

   My sone attended this nursery from when he was a baby to when he started school. I cannot rate this nursery highly enough the staff are so warm and friendly, and always put my sons needs first. The nursery is always clean and the equipment is in such good condition considering the amount of children that use it, but most of all it gave my son the best start and that shows from the way he has taken to school life. Thank you Prime Time you are the best.
